The woman at the front desk was so busy that I couldn't even believe this was a hotel. You know, I didn't tell the taxi driver where I was going at all. JR hotels and castle hotels next to the station can do just that. Work like a front desk person. IHG? Other IHGs had better staff. Have you ever stayed at an IHG? I want to ask you a question.

It's spacious, so it's quite a walk from the front desk to the room, but there are some stairs along the way, so I had to carry my suitcase up, but I didn't know if I was a foreign trainee. It was a great help to have people come and help out.The dinner buffet venue was very crowded with many steps and differences in elevation, and I felt dizzy and scared when trying to avoid people, so please fix this.

However, when I sent a reply regarding this, there was no reply at all. If this is the case, there is no doubt that the hotel will ignore your request. It was close to Akita Station and the room was clean and spacious.I was happy that the breakfast buffet included local dishes such as Kiritanpo and Inaniwa Udon.

The staff was very polite and nice. There were some parts of the room's equipment that were difficult to understand, such as the location of the hair dryer and the button to close the bathtub, so they took the trouble to explain them to me at check-in.I really liked the design and color scheme in the room.The elevator seems to be the same as it was before the renovation, so it's a little dark.There was also a vinyl cover on the TV remote control.Unfortunately, when I tried to fill the bathtub with hot water, the button to turn it off was broken. The button was already stuck in the pressed position and I couldn't close it. In the end, I filled up the water by stepping on the lid of the drain in the bathtub.Also, although the bathtub is quite large, the maximum amount of water is not that large, so it takes a long time to fill up the water.Another thing is that the refrigerator was quite noisy. I turned it off when I went to bed.However, it is a hotel that I would like to stay at again.

I stayed here on a business trip. Since I was a solo woman, I chose the ANA Hotel, which had good security. The customer service was very polite and pleasant, and the room was spacious and comfortable, so I had a relaxing time. I was also satisfied with the breakfast buffet where I was able to enjoy Akita gourmet food.The only thing I was concerned about was the air purifier. It may have been just before maintenance, but there was so much dust that the air coming out smelled so I couldn't use it.I would like to use it again when I go to Akita for work. Thank you for your help!
