This time I stayed for one night. The parking lot information said, ``Please present your parking ticket to the front desk within 30 minutes of parking,'' so when I presented it at the front desk, I was told, ``Please present it to the front desk when you leave.''The front desk asked me if this was my first time using our hotel, and even though I answered "yes," they didn't tell me which building I was staying in, so I had to ask. Was it just a matter of first glance?I head to my room while receiving a light jab at the front desk. There is also an explanation written here, ``This hotel only has one elevator, so if it is crowded, please use the emergency stairs.'' I don't mind waiting, but in case of a disaster, please use the emergency stairs. If you look into it, you can't see it, but it's too dark. It's indoors, so it's the same in the morning and at night.Hmm.The room was clean, but the front side of the comforter was sandy so I had to remove it myself. Other than that, there was no hair or dirt on the bed. In addition, the room was always equipped with lanterns and lights in case of emergencies, so I had a very good impression of the room. However, the front desk is the face of the hotel, so I don't think there will be another one.

It was the worst hotel ever. The sink is full of mold. Dust on the walls and closets in the guest room. Dust and hair ties under the bed. Hair on the bathroom wall. After checking in, I asked, "Has this room been cleaned?"The water temperature of the hot springs was also low, so it was warmer in the room.At breakfast, we were separated into 3 groups (time), but they didn't change the groups, so those of us who arrived at the last time couldn't sit down, there was no food or drink, there were no glasses or plates, and there was no time. The only plus was that one or two of the staff members at dinner were charming and had a good impression.

It's adjacent to a super public bath (Super Health Land Hananoyu Akita), so you can enjoy the bath as much as you like. There is also an izakaya (Seafood Dining Maguroya Hana no Yume), so you can eat there too! Good to drink too! The bath is also good! is. Of course you can drink on the river bank, but it's also convenient when the weather is bad. Unlike regular route-in hotels, there is not only a large public bath on the first floor, so it is a good value. The main building was originally a renovated Akita New Grand Hotel, so the ceilings in the rooms feel low. It doesn't bother me once I go to sleep.

Guests also have to go through the Hananoyu front desk to enter the hot springs, and the hot springs are only open from 6am to midnight, so even though it's in a bar district, you have to leave early to take a bath at night. I can hear a lot of voices in the hallway.

There is a sodium chloride hot spring that will keep you warm. There are many outlets in the room and a USB power source near the bed.Dinner is available until 10pm at the hot spring restaurant, so you can choose it according to your convenience. Akita specialty and drink included.Breakfast is also satisfying.

The rooms are clean and there is a hot spring facility for day use, so it's very nice. There is a wide variety of breakfast items, and the breakfast venue is spacious so you can enjoy your meal in a leisurely manner. The front staff was also very nice and I would like to stay there again. Although it is far from Akita Station, it is not too far to walk.

Because of my work, I check in late, so it would be helpful if the hot springs were open a little later.Perhaps because it was crowded on Saturday, the hotel's WiFi was almost unreliable.(It seems to depend on the room, but I was able to connect well on another day, even on Saturday.)It was raining, but we were lucky to have a shuttle bus to Akita Station.Even though it's in the city, it has a hot spring, a sauna, and a large cold bath, making it the perfect environment for people like me who don't like unit baths in their rooms.I don't mind that the building is old, and I think the rooms are larger than modern business hotels, but the air conditioning, especially the air conditioner, was not good and it was hot. I think it's because it's June, but I think it would be a comfortable hotel if things could be done.2024-October postscriptThe renovations after the heavy rain disaster have calmed down and the staffing system has been put in place, so the response was good and the comfort level was increased.WIFI has improved considerably and I no longer feel that it is difficult to connect.Unfortunately, it seems that the shuttle bus will be discontinued, but we would like to thank you for your continued support.
