When I asked the tourist information center about a day-trip hot spring that was easy to take with children, they recommended this one. It's a little pricey, but the customer service is good, the amenities are good, and I was able to relax and take a bath with my family without the hurdles that are typical of hot spring towns and public baths. Not to mention the quality of the spring water. When I asked about it, I was told that they are considering resuming lodging. Expectations.

I only do day trips.Because we're in the mountains, the windows are open and there are horseflies that bite us and it hurts a lot. It spread about 10 centimeters and was terrible for about two weeks! !In the summer, it's impossible. Maybe after it gets cold?

Although it was only open for day trip hot springs, it seems that it was originally a very fine hot spring inn.The hot water from the source, Shika-no-yu, is the best! I felt so tired that I felt like it was working. The washing area is undeniably old, but the hot springs are so warm and comfortable that it doesn't bother you. There is also an open-air bath. It was also nice to have free water outside. There was a beer poster on the wall, so it may have been possible to enjoy a beer here after taking a bath. The host at the front bowed so deeply that I felt humbled. The rental bath towels were thick and easy to use.

As expected from a former ryokan, the customer service is very pleasant. There are two types of hot springs: cloudy water with a sulfur smell and alum water that is colorless and odorless. I don't feel like I've been in a hot spring unless it smells like sulfur, but my kids don't like smells so I killed two birds with one stone. By taking alum after taking sulfur, you won't have to worry about the sulfur odor coming from your skin even after you get home. No matter how much you like sulfur hot springs, it's only good when you're bathing. My child said that it would be a waste to stay in an inn when there is such a nice hot spring.Speaking of my greed, I thought it would be nice to have a place where I could enjoy my time after taking a bath, for example, where I could eat shaved ice while looking out at the garden.

It seems that it is only a day trip hot spring now. They also sell towels, so you can come in empty-handed. In the women's bath, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, there is also make-up remover, peel, and face wash, and you will have to share them, but do you have body towels and heel rubs? There is also. After you take a bath, there is a hair dryer, cotton swabs, beauty serum, etc. Personally, I'm happy that it includes makeup remover and face wash. The hot water is constantly flowing, and there is Shika-no-yu source, Alum-no-yu hot spring, and an open-air bath. The shower is a type where you turn on the faucet, so you can wash away shampoo without stress. However, the equipment is black due to the quality of the hot springs, so people who are not familiar with hot springs may be surprised. When I went there, it was a Tuesday, a weekday, and I was able to relax and enjoy the place as it was reserved. The staff at the front desk are very nice and there is a hot spring source called Shika-no-yu, so I would definitely like to come back again.
