This business hotel is run by a friendly elderly couple and is conveniently located 30 seconds walk from Owase Station. I stayed here for one night on my way back from a trip to Ojai.Although the facilities are old, they are kept very clean and I have no complaints. Amenities are also available, including a shower and toilet. Also, the breakfast (for a fee) is very fulfilling.There is no dinner, but if you come to Owase, you'll want to eat local fish at a local izakaya, so it's actually convenient. Izakaya restaurants such as Onigawara and Kappo Inaka that serve delicious fish at reasonable prices are all within a few minutes' walk.I would like to stay here again when I visit Owase again!

I always use it when staying in Owase. It is inconvenient to make reservations only by phone, but the advantage is that it is close to the station. Other than that, the rooms are pretty old. If you're just staying the night, it's not a problem because it's near the station and there are pubs and restaurants nearby.

I've stayed at several guesthouses and hotels in Taki/Minamiise/Shima/Owase in Mie, but I've never found an accommodation where the breakfast was as delicious and satisfying as Kochokan's. The location is good, and there are delicious curry restaurants like Shiwarira-san and Onigawara-san nearby, so you won't have to worry about parking. My mother's gentle way of speaking and my uncle's customer service were also good. Admittedly, the room is a little old, but it's clean. However, what about waterproof curtains in the bath? However, it was an accommodation that made me want to visit again after a long time.

Located in front of Owase Station, the hospital is on the first floor, and the hotel is on the second and third floors after climbing the stairs. There aren't that many rooms, and the structure is as old as it looks, but the hotel staff is polite and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, and I personally think it's the ideal Japanese breakfast.

All the conzets in the room were occupied and there was no free space, making it inconvenient to charge your smartphone.Also, the location of the outlet is difficult to use.Breakfast has a wide variety of items and is delicious.

The kind staff took care of us. The building is old, but it's well maintained so it's not a problem. The location is good as it is right in front of the station, and there are many restaurants nearby.It was attractive that there was a yukata on display. It was also really helpful that you took our check-out time into consideration. Thank you for your help.
