Our family of four was divided into two rooms, with an ocean view twin room and a pet friendly room. The Ocean Twin is simple but beautiful, and it's a nice open room with a terrace and a view of the ocean. However, in the pet-friendly room, although the room was spacious and there was no pet odor, the smell of humidity was quite noticeable. I tried opening the window to ventilate the room, but there was dust and bugs on the screen door, so I couldn't open it. I don't think I can even go out to the terrace with that. Also, the room was dimly lit due to lack of lighting, and there was no view outside the window, so it was a bit depressing.Another inconvenience was that if you were bringing your pet with you, you would not be able to enter the front desk even if you put your pet's whole body in a pet cart, and you would have to go around the outside of the facility and enter through the back door. Moreover, the only way to get to the door is to climb the stairs, carrying a cart. There are many hotels that have separate entrances for pets and people, but I was surprised to have never seen such an inconvenient feature.Other than that, the lobby and garden are beautiful and have a resort feel.Breakfast is also very delicious, and you can eat in an elegant restaurant with a nice view.I thought it would be a nice hotel if I was staying alone. Probably not suitable for bringing pets. Maybe it's different if you go during the crisp season? ?

Second stay. This time, I used a coupon from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to stay overnight.I couldn't choose the room myself, but I was assigned a really nice room, and the room alone makes me want to come back to this hotel. However, last time I had Western food for dinner, so this time I had a Japanese course. This is hopelessly tasteless.I've been cooking at hotels for a while now, so I can kind of understand that most of the food is pre-made and ready-made.The arrangement was done without any sense of style, as if it was probably done by a part-time worker. For those considering staying overnight, we definitely recommend Western food.

I headed there feeling anxious about being hit by Typhoon No. 10, but luckily it was sunny and it was great. Beautiful pool available for private use even during summer vacation. The French restaurant, which has been changed from a barbecue, and the public bath (although it is small) are reserved for private use, and the rooms are spacious and have ocean views.I was able to take as many photos as I wanted because the inside of the building looked great and no people were reflected in it.The breakfast and dinner meals were good and I have fond memories.

Although some of the hallways in the guest rooms were not air-conditioned, the rooms were large, had balconies, and had nice views. At night, the children participated in a stargazing event, which was fun for the children as well. For dinner, the French restaurant staff provided good service and flexibly accommodated my allergies. Breakfast was also very satisfying!I want to go again (^^)

We stayed in a room on the terrace side, accessed through a wide corridor. Western-style room 233. It felt very unusual. Contrary to other people's reviews, I think the room is wonderful. ☆5Even among hotel rooms, there are not many hotels where you can enter the room from such a wide hallway. What's more, most of the rooms are corridors, and entering through a corridor built around a courtyard with a fountain makes you feel like royalty living in a palace. There are many rooms in Ise-Shima with a panoramic view of the ocean. If you're in the same Miyako hotel chain, you can go to Bay Suite or Classic (Aqua Forest is mainly for children and has a buffet of food). Most of the rooms along this corridor are Japanese-Western style, but I prefer to choose one of the few Western-style rooms if possible. The second floor is also nice (the first floor is comfortable because there is no elevator, and there are beams on the ceiling that give it a nice atmosphere, but it was a bit damp). The building is old, so it looks old, but it has been kept clean and well maintained. When I used it, the gym was closed, so I would have been happy if the pool was a little wider and deeper enough for adults to swim in.The quality and service are inferior to Bay Suites, but that's to be expected considering the price. The cost performance was very good. I would say it's a 5 for this room and service at this price. I definitely prefer this place to Mediterranean Village. Also, I forgot a great point at the end, so I'll add it. The public bath here is wonderful. I have been infected with athlete's foot several times at super public baths and public baths. After taking a bath, I walk on the floor wearing two face towels, thoroughly dry my feet with a hair dryer, then go back, wash them with water, dry them again with a hair dryer, apply medicine, and then go to bed. This public bath is the first bath where this is not necessary. This is because towels and simple slippers are provided at the exit of the public bath. Slippers can only be thrown away inside the bathhouse. I set the sterilized slippers near the exit of the bathroom and took a bath! amazing! Really amazing.

I have visited Shima Kanko Hotel The Classic and The Bay Sweet many times, but for the first time I stayed at Shima Bayside Terrace, which is a little far away, for two nights during the Obon holiday. My first impression was that it was very beautiful and cute, and I really liked it. It is divided into a main building and a cottage-style building, and the cottages apparently allow you to stay with your pet.I booked a plan that included a night pool. Dinner is not set, so we had French food on the first night and Japanese food on the second night. We are a couple over 60, so the Japanese food was not very large and was especially delicious. The pool was crowded with families under elementary school age during the day, so we only used it during the evening cocktail hour. The room type is a superior twin, which is spacious and has a great view from the balcony. I would like to come here again when my grandchild is born.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean and blue sky from both the hotel lobby and the restaurant. The hotel itself had a foreign atmosphere and I was able to forget about everyday life and relax.
