I used it for 3 nights and 4 days.Since I stayed in a deluxe room, I also had access to Club the B Premium. You can choose from 6 locations for dinner (2 of which have an additional charge).Breakfast and lunch were free. There were lots of activities, some of which even children as young as 4 years old who can't swim could enjoy, which was great. The room has been renovated and is clean. There was a water leak in the air conditioner, but it was good that it was fixed immediately. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor, so you can do your laundry without waiting too long.I could fully enjoy the feeling of being at a resort.I would like to come again next year.

There are many foreigners, and I get the impression that many of them have no morals. It may be due to the season or the day of the week, but there are few Japanese people, and even at a hotel of this rank,Maybe it's out of reach.Let's try harder Japanese! It was a stay that made me think.

I came here to have a meal after receiving a recommendation. There is a lot to see inside the resort and the walking trails were very beautiful. Resort meals are also excellent value for money.

Approximately 10 items of clothing, including children's clothing and underwear, were stolen from the laundry room.I thought that someone who was in a hurry had taken out the contents and left them at the front desk, so when I asked the front desk, they told me that they hadn't received them, and they simply said, ``We are unable to enter any items that you have taken by mistake.'' I didn't.Since this happened for about 30 minutes, could you please take a look at the camera in the hallway? When I asked about this, the only answer was that the customer had taken it by mistake. The front man was a Japanese man, but his response was as if he had run out of clothes. There's no way you can make the mistake of taking everything with you.I thought it was a manual like this, and gave up, thinking that there was no point in asking this person any more.Although it is a free laundry service, please be aware that there are no security cameras, there is no lockable washing machine or dryer that anyone can open while the laundry is running, and there is no waiting area in the laundry room.It is better not to put important things in it.In the end, the stolen items were never returned and the hotel did not take kindly to me, which was very disappointing.I thought about going to the police, but I didn't feel like doing that while traveling with my kids.Inside were things with stickers with the child's full name written on them, clothes for memories, and women's underwear. It makes me sick to think that I've taken out only the things I want and the rest has been thrown away somewhere. If you are looking at this, please return it.I won't report it.Please don't do the same thing again. If the hotel cannot accommodate this, please install a lockable facility, such as installing a camera or charging a fee. From the next day, I used a private coin laundry. I felt absolutely safe.It was a good hotel in terms of other places where there were rare animals and children had fun playing at the pool and beach, but I didn't think the people were taking good care of them. When I went to the lounge during the day, I saw that there was a lot of dust under the sofa, and I saw a cup lying under the shelf. The room and lobby were clean. It seemed like there weren't enough hands to deal with everything and clean it.Because of the above, I am still not sure whether I will stay there next time.
