This is a free campsite. No reservation required. The toilet can be used from April to October. It is located on the prefectural border of Fukui and Ishikawa. The road from Fukui is cleaner. There is no cell phone signal. If you go out to the road, you can get a signal.Only Softbank is good.In September, the chorus of insects died.

I used it during the Obon holidays. There is a water fountain, but there is a sign saying that the water is raw and cannot be drunk. The toilet has a Japanese-style flush, is clean and comfortable with toilet paper available.Away from the main road and near the top of a mountain? So it's very quiet and comfortable. It's too quiet, so I don't recommend it for families or groups. As for smartphone radio waves, au has slight radio waves.I don't know about other carriers. It's so comfortable and it's free! !It's awesome! !This is a campsite that I would like to come back to again.

I was surprised to see that the roads were paved compared to before. From the observation deck, you can see Sakai City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and on clear days you can see Mt. Hakusan. The campsite was clean and had restrooms.

On February 15th, I walked along a forest road from Kayano. The forest road is impassable by car as there is a landslide in one place and about 10 places with fallen trees. There is still some snow left. The view from the observation deck is amazing.

This is a free camping site managed by Awara City that does not require reservations. I think there are a lot of regulars. Even in the summer season, the altitude is about 500 meters, so mornings and evenings are comfortable. On the day of the event, I enjoyed solo group camping with friends from my school days.

Free as of 2023/9/18Access is possible from the Fukui side and the Yamanaka Onsen side.I heard that there weren't many people there, but perhaps because it was the middle of a long weekend, there were a lot of BBQ people and campers. There was a campsite along the slope and I went to the top. The reason is that I can only go by bike (lol)Convenient for shopping in the Yamanaka Onsen areaI think there are plenty of rest areas. The toilet has electricity and paper. There is also a kitchen and water available. However, drinking is prohibited as it is raw water. The view is so-so. I would like to go again when there are less people. As of 2023/7/18The road along the way is impassable due to heavy rain.

! As of August 30, 2023, is there a landslide on the road from Ishikawa Prefecture? The road was closed due to this! It's just dirty and a little inconvenient, but I can't help it, so I'll forgive you.
