Communication at the hostel is quite challenging as no one seems capable of speaking well 🤐. The air conditioning and ventilation fans are dirty, requiring immediate attention 🧹. The space is cramped, and to add to the discomfort, the bathroom has a design flaw—shower water spills over into the toilet area 🚿🚽.Overall, would not recommend unless drastic improvements are made. 🙅♂️

The first floor has nothing to do with it, so even if you ask the person at the bar, they won't know. The phone number listed on the first floor is blocked, and you can contact them by email, but the response is slow.They say in the email that they will provide luggage storage service starting at 11:30, but since it is an unmanned service, I think you can just assume that it is not possible.I arrived 1 hour before check-in, but the key box didn't open well, so I had a hard time getting in. Anyway, I think I could get in 1 hour before check-in.It seems like the shower room is only on the 3rd floor, so it's a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, the toilet and sink are on each floor.A full body towel and a small towel are provided, and there is a dryer in the sink.

I called 4 days in advance to change my check-in time, but no one answered, and when I thought they answered, it turned out to be a completely normal person, different from the hotel staff. (The phone number written in the reservation email) I thought I'd try calling from the website, but when I called another phone number, no one answered, so I ended up going at the time I wanted to go on the day of the day and was able to get in normally, so there was no problem. However, when I pulled back the curtains in the room, there was a can of beer that the previous guest had drunk, and I really felt that the room was not cleaned properly. The access time was about 2.3 times longer than what is written on the internet, and although there was a mini-fridge in the room, it was so dusty that I didn't even want to put food in it. Well, it was very cheap and I was grateful for the price of 4,000 yen just for sleeping without meals.

worst worst worstI arrived at the hotel after 20:00 on the day of the reservation, but there was no staff, so I waited for an hour and then sent a message asking to cancel the reservation. What is it?If the person who made the reservation did not check the message and did not cancel, should they at least contact Agoda?Please cancel the reservation. Just let me go and go diving.Don’t trust reservation confirmation on the app.Everyone be careful

I booked through Agoda and felt I was mis-charged some extra amount, but perhaps it was partly my fault for not reading the fine print. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay here in October of 2019. Both the staff and fellow guests were awesome people. I made some long-lasting friends during my stay here!
