[Room] Spacious and relaxing.[Service] Everyone from the receptionist to the person delivering the food was very attentive and I was able to stay with peace of mind.[Location] About 10 minutes walk from the hot spring town. Please note that you will have to climb a long slope on your way back.[Good points] It's not cheap, but considering the distance from the hot spring town, the size of the room, and the quality of the food, it's a good value.[Special note] The view from the open-air bath is amazing. The scenery was in the opposite direction from the hot spring town, but it was great to be surrounded by forests and stare at the cars speeding in the distance. There is also a wide variety of souvenir shops within the hotel.

My wife and daughter used it.Our family often travels domestically and overseas and goes out to eat out, but over the past year, the customer service has been the worst among all of them. When I asked the hotel staff in the lobby for a commemorative photo, he replied, "Huh?" At check-in, there was no explanation about the location of the restaurant or bathroom or any other precautions. The woman serving the restaurant did not smile at all. Others ...What on earth happened to XIV?I can only think that the manager has a problem. What does it mean for a company that should be at the forefront of the customer service industry to be providing the lowest level of service?I couldn't believe it when I heard their stories. That's all

The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing considering the price. The breakfast at Hakone Rikyu was amazing, so I had high expectations since it was the same Rikyu and the same price, so I was disappointed. Is the customer an individual owner?During breakfast, it was obvious that the attitude of the staff was different from that of guests staying on the company's welfare system, which made me feel uncomfortable. Is that customer also from Kansai? I'm sure the staff knows that I brought a Tupperware bag with me, stuffed the broccoli in the salad, and put it in my bag. Drinks were brought in different big glasses than ours, and we were talking to the table as if it were our own, so it was really unpleasant. We were seated diagonally in front of our seats by the window, which had a great view, so we were seated later, so even though we didn't want to, we were in the line of sight. Breakfast was better at XIV, which is not a villa.
