I booked a very late stay in anticipation of a cherry blossom snowstorm, but due to the record-breaking delay in blooming, the cherry blossoms only bloomed for about 8 minutes. Still, the cherry blossoms in Arashiyama and Nakanoshima were very beautiful. I was disappointed that Haratanien, which I visited the next day, was still open.

Every service was good, the hotel was in a good location, and it was incredibly comfortable. When I checked in,Various explanations + preferred time for future dishes etc.At that time, we were able to enjoy local sake and handmade items.I had warabi mochi with freshly made matcha tea, and there was yuzu juice in the fridge, which was very delicious. While relaxing my tired body from walking in the free massage chair, there is an open-air bath and a large public bath, and I felt good while looking around at the open-air bath. Each kaiseki meal was of a high standard and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious and brought out the flavors of the ingredients, so I ended up eating way too much.I was thinking of going again this time.

My kids took me on a family trip on our wedding anniversary, and I never expected to find such a wonderful inn.•••I'm an old-fashioned person, so I don't really like hotels.•••I never thought about Kyoto, just the way I like it. It's a typical inn, and although there were some parts that were a little outdated, the staff, food, private open-air bath, and attention to detail made it a great treat! cooking! Oboro, something you've never eaten before? Somehow I forgot about it because it was so delicious! Grilled Fish for Breakfast There were 4 of us, so we had salmon, Atka mackerel, and flounder.I ate it with my mom, daughter, and son, and I can't say enough about how delicious it was. I thought it was a white rice ball! I don't know what to write, bonito or plum, but I don't know what to write, but it was the best onigiri, even Kaa-chan's portion was smooth and delicious. The elegant and beautiful young proprietress and the young waitress were all cute. It's a bit vague, but everything was done well. Finally, they were dispatched by Yoshimoto Kogyo? (lol) Mr. Tsuru made me laugh so much that even when I think about it now, I became a fan! thank you very much! It was a great stay. Thank you very much for the photo calendar when I left. I will cherish it and display it.

Whether it's for lunch or a day trip to the hot springs, you can enjoy Arashiya's nature and hot springs at a wonderful hot spring inn, where you can feel the attentiveness of the staff. From the rooftop open-air bath, you can enjoy the view of Arashiyama, including the Katsura River and Togetsukyo Bridge. The indoor bath is beautiful, and the open-air bath on the side is also pleasant. You can't see the scenery because it's on the mountain side. Some rooms have hot spring open-air baths, so the baths will never be crowded. This is the perfect inn to enjoy the quiet Arashiyama and hot springs. Personally, I recommend this inn where you can enjoy the atmosphere of a luxury inn, hot springs, and food at a reasonable price.
