It's a Spanish-style hotel. The waiters are very friendly, but the hotel is too big. Going anywhere is tiring and a waste of time.

I was a guest, but there was no place to eat dinner, which made my children feel sad.

It was a really bad hotel.I booked a room that had been renovated, but I wonder if it was really cleaned? level.I contacted the front desk and was told that the room was cleaned while I was out for dinner, but only the toilets were cleaned. At check-in, I found out that my date was the same as a student on a school trip, and I was told that the Himawari-no-Yu bath I had planned for the evening would be used from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM by a group on a school trip, so I gave up as I was traveling with children. I did.I decided that I had no choice but to take a bath in the room, but there was shampoo in the treatment bottle.I reported it to the front desk again and had the treatment replaced, but the night manager who came to apologize came rushing into the room and turned me off.For breakfast, I was forced to change my food to an allergy based on the restaurant staff's interpretation, so I had to wait quite a while. They brought me a box of sweets to apologize at night, but honestly I didn't need them and I wanted to enjoy my hotel stay more than that. When I checked out, another person apologized to me, but he repeated the same words...I don't think there will be a second time. It was a good experience.

I felt very relaxed in a beautiful room. The sunset from the sunflower bath was also spectacular. However, I was told that the hotel restaurant was fully booked, so I ended up being a refugee for dinner. The park closes at 5 o'clock, and I was told that it would cost 3-4,000 yen to take a taxi to the nearest station, so the cup noodles at the shop were my lifeline.

The staff's response was spot on. There were spider webs in some places in the hotel, and there was hair in the washbasins in the guest rooms, so there were some places that lacked a sense of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was a bit bland, with a lot of instant food. The churros were very typical of Shima Spain Village and were good.I had dinner at Japanese Restaurant Shima, and all the dishes there were very delicious and satisfying.

We stayed in a character room.◆Good points・Is it only in some rooms such as character rooms? Pajamas were separate・You can enter the hot springs as much as you like during your stay, and you can enter once after checking out.・Staff is courteous・Breakfast buffet is luxurious・The shampoo in the room is Mikimoto.・Lotion etc. are not available at the hotel, but are available at the hot springs.・Luggage can be sent from the hotel (packaging materials such as cardboard are available)・The architecture and decorations throughout, including the lobby and courtyard, make for a great picture no matter where you shoot.・There is a shop that focuses on souvenirs (please note that the only meals you can eat in your room are cup noodles)・At the shop, you can reserve Akafuku for next day pickup.・Birthday cake available, 3300 yen for size 4◆Unfortunate points・You can use the hot springs as much as you like, but you have to reuse the towels provided in your room, so it feels unclean.・Although it was a special character room, the amenities were just like those of nearby business hotels.・If the breakfast buffet is full, you will be given a number tag and have to wait outside, so it is especially crowded in the morning.・If you stay in a character room, dinner will be a special menu. I would have been happy if I could choose from the regular menu.・The bus to Ugata Station does not pass through the hotel, so you will have to carry your luggage and walk to the park entrance.

I stayed here because it was close to the park, but even though they recommend drinking in the bath and washroom of the room, there was mold growing in the ice bucket and it was really bad.Maybe it was because there were so many kids on summer vacation, but even with the room door closed, I could hear voices in the hallway and the sound of suitcases.

If you are thinking of going to Spain Village, it is a very convenient hotel as it is directly connected, but it is far from the nearest Ugata Station and the last bus from the station departs when Spain Village is closed, so if you miss it. It will be an hour's walk.A taxi will cost about 2,200 yen.Is it best to come by car?If you are driving, parking is free, and if you are going to Spain Village, you should be able to park at the Spain Village parking lot as well. The room was a standard room, and it was nice and spacious, but considering that business hotels now have walls or hand mirrors for makeup, it was inconvenient not to have one, and there was also a sunflower bath attached. There were no skin care products in the room, probably because most people can enter here. There was one in the sunflower bath sink. So, if you think about these things, I think modern business hotels are better.Breakfast gets crowded. We went at about the same time as the doors opened at 7am, but there was a long line and everyone was waiting in waiting chairs. If that's the case, I would have liked a brief explanation at check-in.There is a shop, but only drinks and souvenirs. There is no rice ball or other food to eat.We sell cup ramen.Be careful if you are planning to eat dinner at the hotel.

I just want something to be done about the dinner refugee issue. It would be a problem if they could at least make sure that all the guests could eat somewhere.

I am very satisfied with the room, food, and pool.It was a very beautiful room.I would like to use it again. The pool and parking lot can be used before check-in time (before using the room). A parking ticket will be required at check-in.There is a vending machine in the building, but it was a little expensive. Alcohol, drinks, and souvenirs are available at the shop, so we recommend buying them here so you won't have to bring anything at Shima Spain Village. The hot spring facility next to it gets very crowded depending on the time of day.For breakfast, you may have to wait if the seats are filled, so we recommend going earlier than the time you want to use.The staff were also very kind and explained everything in detail.I'm concerned that the BAR's response made me feel a little uncomfortable. I couldn't see the business hours in the back so I could come back later, so I peeked in, but I thought there was a better way to say it. I would avoid using it unless there is a reason why you absolutely have to use it.It would be helpful if you could put the time in a place where it is easier to understand.
