We stayed with 4 families + dog.Since we were a large group, it was a great decision to reserve the whole building for ourselves. It was Golden Week, but it was chilly in the evening, night, and morning, so I used the wood stove, but it was warm, and the atmosphere in the room was very good and I was satisfied. The staff were also friendly and spoke to us!You can enjoy the great outdoors, there is also a children's space, and you can feed the sheep, so the kids had fun too!The breakfast was also luxurious and delicious!I would definitely like to go again ☺︎

I used it for a family trip of 10 people including relatives and children during Golden Week. The location is just off the main street of Mt. Rokko, so it's easy to access, but it's quiet, and you can enjoy the unusual sounds of birds chirping and the scent of the mountains. The guest room had the atmosphere of a log house, and was extremely spacious on the 2nd floor, and the interior was stylish and beautiful. If you buy firewood for 1,500 yen, you can use the indoor fireplace, which was also nice.In addition, there were toys and picture books in the common area in the courtyard, which the children really enjoyed. (As shown in the photo)All of the global staff were friendly and service-minded, and we had a very pleasant stay.Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience of glamping in a location so close to the city center of Kobe, and I would like to come back again. Also, if I were to say strong, the breakfast portion was a bit small, so I thought it would have been great if it had a little more volume! I will go again!

I stayed at Holiday4 with my friends and family over the weekend. I used it with 6 adults and 2 children (3 years old and 0 years old), and although there is a children/infant section when making a reservation, I have no idea at what age an infant becomes an infant and the price. If you check upon arrival on the day, you will be charged a fee starting from 2 years old. It was 7,700 yen for 2-5 year olds. I was told that there would be a charge for the futon, but since the price for infants was too high, they gave me the futon as a service (free of charge). I was surprised and shocked at the extremely high infant fee. I wanted to enjoy the trip since it was a special trip, but I was disappointed because there were some things I wasn't satisfied with.1. The water heater suddenly malfunctioned and stopped producing hot water at all. It was very difficult because it was still cold and we were taking turns taking baths. I turned it on and off many times, but it didn't fix it right away. The staff will be leaving at 10pm, so I won't be able to contact them. After more than 30 minutes, I turned the power on and off again and finally got hot water. When I informed them of this at check-out, they said, ``Since it's a mountain, this happens often. Turning the power off and on will fix it.'' If this is a common occurrence, an explanation or a note on the facility is required at the time of first reception! I was really in trouble.2. Even though breakfast was free and I mentioned breakfast at the reception, I was forgotten about breakfast. Breakfast was not delivered even after the scheduled time, so when I went to the front desk, I was told that there was no breakfast. Later, I checked again and found that I had sent my breakfast to the wrong place. (Really?) I made it right away, but since I had other plans, I checked how long it would take for breakfast to be ready and was busy getting ready and having breakfast in a moody atmosphere.3. Even though spring is approaching, it's still cold enough to have a down because it's in the mountains, but there were a lot of stink bugs and winged insects indoors. (There were 10 of them in total.) There was also a baby, so I really hated it. I was disappointed because I had high expectations because it looked beautiful based on the website and other people's reviews. Maybe there were a lot of insects because holiday4 was at the bottom. There were especially many insects on the second floor, so we all decided to sleep on the first floor. The location and overall atmosphere was good as per the photos and reviews, but my family and friends cannot recommend holiday4 based on this experience. We request the staff to improve their response.

We loved our time there. The view was amazing. We stayed at Holiday Home 3. Easy access to the front desk, playground and swing. The kids enjoyed the football table and played with it all the time. It rained but Holiday Home 3 had a shelter for the BBQ area so we still managed to do a BBQ. It snowed on the second day and the staff drove us to Arima Onsen. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow. The 2 resident sheep were a lovely addition to our experience. It was very relaxing and the service and breakfast were wonderful. The really helpful and friendly staff were mostly bilingual so that was helpful. The only negative thing was that it was hard to heat up the whole log house and it felt cold a lot of the time even with the fireplace. We really recommend it and hope to come experience it again in a different season!
