Eh, can I go here by car...? Enter from the entrance that looks likeThere is a garden where you can barbecue, but it was grassy. Please mow the grass. I'm concerned about dust in various places in my room. I'm concerned about trash being left in the parking lot.

There were TVs on the first and second floors. There was indeed a TV, but the TV on the second floor didn't show anything, and the DVD player was broken, so I had to get another one. The rice cooker was a type I had never seen before, but some parts were missing and I couldn't use it, so I had to get another one.

There were so many insects that it was a little scary. It can't be helped because it's in the mountains, but there were bugs around the bed, which made it uncomfortable. The cleaning was not thorough and there was cigarette trash from the person in front of me.The location is good, so I think it's a good choice for people who are used to the outdoors. ,

The building is very old and lack of maintenance. The room has a smell of the wood and not clean. The outside area is good but at night is difficult to locate. The entrance is also very dirty... Very disappointing...☹️

My family of 5 used it for the first time in 6 years.Perhaps because it is a privately run business, the cleaning is not as thorough as before, so dust accumulates and the common passages are dirty (sweat). However, the price was cheap and there was no service, but on the other hand, we were left alone in a good way without being interfered with, which made it easy for us to spend time there. If they put a little more effort into cleaning and maintaining the facilities and equipment, they could have expected to attract more customers, but that is the only regret.I think I will use it again if I have a chance.I hope that the access to the loft will be improved by adding handrails or changing the angle.

The hotel we stayed in was old, but it looked nice from the outside and the rooms inside were well-maintained.

I made a reservation on Rakuten and stayed there with my family during the March holidays. The Rakuten review section listed the number of reviews but no details, so I looked at the reviews for Jalan in advance. There weren't many good things listed, so I went in without high expectations, which may have been a good thing. First of all, if you follow the navigation route, you will take one wrong turn. The entrance is difficult to find. When we finally arrived and passed through the gate, the exterior was different from the photo... The garden was overgrown with grass, and various tools were scattered around the building. It doesn't really look like a building where guests would come to stay. Really here? ?I was so anxious that I felt salty. In order to go to Tobu World Square, I gingerly went inside around 11am to ask someone to leave my car there before checking in. ``I made a reservation...'' and when I tried to explain that I would like to leave my car there, the first thing she said was ``We don't have a room yet!''...I see, I was worried about the future, but to conclude first, the room was surprisingly tidy and there were no problems with the linens. As for the cleaning, as per the reviews, the cleaning was not thorough and there was dust in some places. I may not be able to put up with germaphobia, but even though I was prepared for it, it didn't seem that bad. Even though there was a paper in the room asking for garbage to be separated into three types, there was only one garbage can and no garbage bags. When I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk, it seemed to be broken and there was no sound. When I went to the front desk, there was no one there. When I looked around the area, I saw what looked like a shelf with supplies for people doing barbecues, and there were a lot of garbage bags on it, so I borrowed it.As the reviews say, it was neglected in a good way, but maybe it wasn't that bad.Furthermore, the ladder to get to the loft was very steep and scary, so I had a hard time going up and down it.
