Room for 2 people very small and the blankets seemed a little worn. There is no reception staff, check-in and check-out is done on a tablet. Good location in a small, very friendly neighborhood, famous filming location for a Japanese film. It will take you about 1 hour to get to central Tokyo.

Incredibly pleasant service. The room was missing a key, so we had dessert delivered to the room as a bonus. Door can be locked from the inside. Worth the price which is very great.

Complex location with the Tokyo subway.We never received help or human contact.Thin futon bad for your back.Small and unventilated room.There is no clarity on where to get the inputs from

Lived in this place for 4 good days. It's a good place to stay in amazing neighbourhood. The only cons i would say is the station nearby is very local, so it only have two stop each way, and shibamata is in the middle of it, so the train only come prob around once every 15 or 30 mins but I'm fine with that.

“Large pleasure in Small Room”Located at beautiful neighbourhood with great people, This hotel is only 2 minutes away from the Keisei line. There is a convenience store next to the hotel.The room is clean, and everything is prepared, but it is a bit small, so if you are a big guy, you should not book here. If not, this hotel will definitely provide you with an enjoyable stay.

It was my first time staying there. The location is very good with many restaurants nearby. The futon was thin and I woke up with back pain, so I would be happy if I could change to a thicker futon.The room was very small, but it was a rare Japanese-style room and cheap, so I really liked everything except for the mattress. If you keep in mind that the room is small, you won't have to stress. I like the atmosphere of the room because it feels like the Showa era. thank you very much.

I was not so excited about this place as I see some others have been. The futons were unusually thin and noise from outside could be heard very easily. The location is super though.
