I stayed one night in October, the hotel dedicated completely to me considering that I was the only guest. The care of the service, the discretion and availability of the staff were unparalleled.Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast, with a very varied menu with numerous flavours. The thermal baths are beautiful, both the indoor ones and the outdoor ones (which I found very hot, be careful for those who are more sensitive), and the private ones in the room.Definitely an experience to be recommended, a pampering to dedicate to someone special!

I stayed on a Monday in March, and it was a private stay. I was humbled to have to open it for one group. The hot springs have a source temperature of 93 degrees Celsius, and they try not to add water as much as possible. That's why it's hot! There are five open-air baths, and the Kinugawa River is right next to it, making it a great location. It is a snow-viewing bath that is full of secret hot spring sensations. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs. The food was satisfying in both quantity and taste, with a gentle taste, and the chef was particular about making it by hand.Free alcohol and drinks are available in the refrigerator. I was disappointed that there were no types of Japanese sake I wanted to drink at dinner. Recommended for people who want to relax with just hot springs, drinks, and food. The inside of the building is very clean. Many of the staff members were foreigners, but they did their best to serve customers. Also, you need to drive carefully on the mountain roads along the way. It is best to make a reservation from the homepage.

We stayed in the middle of the autumn foliage season. It's a wonderful accommodation.・I was very satisfied with the hospitality provided by the hostess, the servers, and the chefs.・The bath is fed directly from the source (right in front of the geyser!), so the quality of the water is excellent, and the water is hot, but that's what makes it so good. The location is great as it is right along the river. There are bath towels and towels that you can use freely in the open-air bath, which are not common. It's a hot spring where you can forget about everyday life ^_^・Although the food is difficult to prepare deep in the mountains, we were able to enjoy a variety of dishes thanks to the ingenuity of the head chef. However, it is a hidden area in the mountains. I feel like it would be better without the sashimi. Instead of sashimi, I would have been happier with something that used more mountain ingredients (of course, there was a lot of it this time too). The freshly grilled ayu was clearly made, and it was very delicious.I was happy to be able to enjoy hot sake. .・Although the journey is quite difficult, this inn is well worth the journey.Being able to enjoy quiet moments with the sounds of the valley is an irreplaceable value in life.Thank you very much for your help.I'll come again ^_^

It's neither bad nor bad, you can stay with peace of mind! Is it just my imagination that the cost performance feels low, perhaps because all the nearby hotels are closed?

It is the cleanest Ryokan I have visited so far. No mold, no smelly rooms, everything nice and clean.Great open bath with hot springs. Very scenic views 😍Traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast, huge and tasty. And instagramable haha. The location is a little bit hard to reach, but they provide a shuttle bus from the closest train station for groups of at least 3 people.A calm and silent place with amazing nature around, a perfect escape from busy city life.

This hotel is great. The Japanese-style rooms are huge. The quality of the food is great. The quality and temperature of the hot springs are very good. The service is very considerate. The view of the valley in the open-air bath is first-rate. It’s a comfortable hotel to stay in. Inside, you can enjoy such a view, which is awesome. There are also free drinks in the refrigerator, especially a bottle of beer, which is a surprise. The hotel provides burqa rentals, and since the Noten open-air bath is a mixed bath, you can wear it directly while bathing.
