Very good impression.[Room] I think the cleaning is thorough.[Hot spring] It's warm, but if you soak in it well, you'll sweat more and more afterwards.[Meal] Dinner was voluminous. In terms of quantity, it's about the size of a woman's large meal.Breakfast is normal.[Staff] Everyone is very responsive.

I called to wish my grandmother a long life, but on Sunday, I suddenly got an answering machine. I was surprised to receive a voicemail, but the voice message instructed me to send an inquiry via email, so I did so. After that, I didn't receive a reply for over 48 hours, and when I finally got a reply, I was surprised because it was so unpleasant and immature that I couldn't believe it was a long-established inn. Your customers are not your friends, so you want to make sure that you write emails carefully and not to be rude.It's an old inn in Yamaga City, but I was disillusioned by this incident. The rating is 1, which I think is reasonable.
