The location is good, there is a supermarket opposite, a restaurant behind and a station next to it. The hotel has a parking lot. The room is clean and quiet, but the air conditioner is too cold. There is a mini bar in the lobby. Breakfast included. The female staff are very friendly.

I went by car with my friends 🚙It is located near Nishi-Kumamoto Station and is far from the downtown area, but the price was reasonable, there was a large public bath, welcome drinks (alcohol and snacks), and the room was very clean.I would like to stay there again if I go to Kumamoto 😊

Advantages: There is unlimited drinking on the first floorDisadvantages: The room is very small, and the double bed is smaller than normal. The air conditioner blows on your head when sleeping, which is not very comfortable. I originally thought there was a big mall nearby, but it turned out to be a ghost town with almost all the shops closed for rent. There are few food options nearby, we hit a landmine 🥲

It's still new and the rooms are very clean.There are separate toilets and baths, and the rooms are very spacious and relaxing.There is a welcome service on the 1st floor with drinks and alcohol available.Because it is a little far from the city center, the environment is quiet.There is also a Kyushu Shinkansen station that is almost directly connected to the hotel.There is also a supermarket nearby.There aren't many pubs in the neighborhood that offer nightlife.

The room was large and very nice.I liked that the shower space and bathtub were separated like in a home bath.Some people have written about where to install the air conditioner, but I personally haven't had any problems since I can adjust the wind direction, air volume, and temperature myself.Since it is not an air conditioner that is centrally managed, I thought it was very reasonable.Also, since I couldn't eat breakfast, I returned my breakfast ticket when I checked out, and they prepared bread in a paper bag, which was very helpful.It was delicious.I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Even though it was during the Obon period, I was able to stay at a reasonable price.It was a room with a double bed, but of all the business hotels I've stayed at, this might be my favorite.・The building and rooms are clean・Separate and spacious bath・Wide sink・Easy furniture arrangement・I am quite happy that there is a desk with a mirror and a chair and table.・The dryer has just the right amount of air・Mattress is comfortableIt was also helpful to know where to park. I would like to use it again.

Hotel close to JR station. I think it's the perfect place for JR users.This is an extremely reasonable hotel, with well-planned rooms and service that is acceptable. It doesn't feel luxurious though. The cleaning was thorough, and the greetings from the employees were nice.The reason why the place is rated low is because it is difficult to find food. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes within a short walk, but it is generally more convenient to have a car, but there are some areas where it can be troublesome due to the median strip.Thank you for all the help you have given me.

I used it for business.There are many business hotels around Kumamoto Station and into the city, but we chose this one which was one station away.Conveniently located right next to the station.Furthermore, Aeon Town is right in front of you, so you won't have any trouble shopping.It supports wifi5 and has sufficient speed and strength.Best of all, the bed is made of Airweave, with just the right amount of firmness and resilience, making it extremely comfortable to sleep on.The carpet is also clean.The toilet and bathroom are separate and comfortable.When deciding on a business hotel, I compare it with the comfort of my own home, and this one was the most comfortable.The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful.

It's really noisy when I sleep next to the main road at night.Not to mention the sound of bosozoku riding their bikes...Except that the room is not too small, there is no advantage for travelers who don’t come by car. The location is too remote...To be honest, hotels in Kumamoto are really too expensive, similar to those in Fukuoka. My first visit for business, and my impressions after staying for 5 nights.The location is very convenient, next to the station and across the road from Aeon Town, on the main road in a residential area. There are many hotels and restaurants next door to Kumamoto Station, but it is so lively that I decided to choose one station next door. Therefore, I will not be comparing it with others, but simply evaluating it for business use. The building was clean and spacious for singles, and although we were on the 7th floor facing the road towards Kumamoto Station, the view was great and we didn't get bored even after staying there for several nights. The sink and bath are separate and easy to use, and there is a large bath on the second floor that can be used from 6am in the morning. The bed was very good with the rumored high-quality mattress, but the pillows were not firm. It would be nice if there were a variety of pillows to choose from. The bathroom is separate, so there is no shower curtain and no pipes, so you can't hang your hand-washed laundry to dry. In terms of equipment, there is no shaving razor or lotion, there is no facial soap in the washing area of the large bath, disposable bath towels that are difficult to use if you are staying for a long time, there is a microwave oven in the restaurant on the first floor, but I was told whether I could use it without permission. That was an inconvenience. The restaurant for dinner is not open, but if you make a reservation with breakfast included, one Japanese meal every day is not suitable for consecutive nights, and it is not a buffet style, so the enjoyment will be cut in half. Please judge from the photos of 5 consecutive nights. The hotel is quiet and convenient for business travelers, and the 4-star rating is based on the lack of breakfast.
