📆2024-5-12On Mother's Day again this year, Hinagu Onsen in Yatsushiro will hold carnation baths at 6 facilities as usual💕I was running out of time, but when I inquired, I was pleasantly informed that it was OK to take a bath.Yanagiya is the first place I stopped by at Hinagu Onsen. At the bathhouse, I had fun chatting with two local ladies while taking a bath.Kindly agree to take photos 👌🙇‍♀️According to the owner, Yanagiya Ryokan has a history of over 130 years 😱 The Shoin-zukuri building is classified as an important cultural property ✨It was a hot spring at a lovely and elegant ryokan♨️. The azaleas in the garden are also colorful 😍Mother's Day carnation bath event ❣️ I'm grateful for the healing experience this year 🙇‍♀️💕🍀 Simple hot spring (hypotonic, weakly alkaline, high temperature spring)Bathing fee 400 yen

The inn that seems to have the most history in Hinagu OnsenSelling hot springs and catsThe service is simple and suitable for experienced travelers. It's also tough on insects and bad people. If you can accept these conditions, paradise awaits you.

This is an inn where you can experience the rise and fall of Hinagu Onsen. If left in good condition, it will become a cultural property, but if things continue like this, it will become an abandoned building. I wonder if something can be done... This is an inn that we hope will be used by many people and preserve the prosperity of Hinagu Onsen Town for as long as possible. The spring quality is the best. The bath is marble. The changing room is small. There are 2 showers, one of which is difficult.Jumpu, conditioner, and body soap are of good quality. There is a hair dryer.Parking available. The glass windows everywhere are worth seeing.Day trip bath 500 yen

In this day and age, a room like that without meals costs over 6,000 yen.I guess that would have been fine in the past.I'll never stay there againLet's think of something moreI stayed at a business hotel in Yatsushiro.

I was looking for a place to stay for a company-related event. However, since there were only a few dozen participants, we made a phone call to confirm details such as whether we could accommodate the event.I couldn't get through, probably because it was a busy time, but I got a call back from the man after a while. It was good so far, butWhen I simply told them, ``This is from a company called △△ in 〇〇 city...'', they quickly answered, ``If it's a sales call, that's fine.''I was stunned. That blunt response alone made me lose the slightest desire to use the service.

It's a very old inn (built 120 years) and had a nostalgic feel.I made a reservation through Jalan, so I was able to stay at a very cheap price. We also had coupons worth 3,000 yen per person, and we were able to buy a lot of souvenirs.

If you are a Japanese person who loves Japanese hot spring culture, you should visit Hinagu Onsen at least once. From the retro interior, you can see that it was once crowded with groups.Even though it's old, it doesn't have a gloomy atmosphere, and even the friendly cats come to say hello.Other people's comments and photos will also be helpful, so if you want to enjoy a good old-fashioned hot spring inn, please give it a try. I think it would be interesting to imagine what Hinagu Onsen was like back then.

I'm someone who goes to hot springs several times a month and I don't go to nice hotels, so I don't really think about it.This is the first hot spring trip for someone who doesn't travel much! I think if you have strange expectations like that, you will be disappointed. Facilities, food, etc.but!I will write about the good points and the bad points.I stayed in a cheap business Japanese room. Is it a room just diagonally above the front desk or entrance? I think that. I have also added explanations to each photo I have included. There is a Western-style toilet in the room (the business Japanese-style room has a Western-style toilet that cannot be washed, but it is spacious.) If you get a good room, you will have one. The good rooms are the wonderful rooms that have been used for a long time and have been beautifully designed. That will be a room with a washlet toilet (I asked for one with a washlet and was directed there, but the price difference was too much so I gave up).Is it because it's a business room? The setup is bad. But the reason why the insects aren't coming in is because I'm using something like an electronic mosquito repellent. (I don't know about the better rooms). As shown in the fourth photo, there was a large praying mantis on the handrail of the stairs. Children might like it (๑・̑◡・̑๑)A stray cat is waiting in the breezeway. It's friendly. When I asked the person at the inn, they said it was Mr. Nora. The people at the inn were nice.So I want you to do your best.I went there during the Obon holiday and only stayed at 4 or 5 hotels, so I was worried. Also, this is not a review, butThere is a shop diagonally across the street that makes and sells Hinagu Chikuwa. It's fun to look at because it's made by machine in the store. The clasp will make a proper sound and it will gradually become finished. You can buy it freshly made.Immediately after checking out, I parked my car in the hotel's parking lot and bought some food. It was delicious.

It was old but had a nice atmosphere! Although it didn't have modern facilities, it was an elegant space with a history!
