I stayed here after reading the reviews, but the tatami in the room was old and the surface was worn out, so there was a lot of straw on my clothes. The tatami mats are also rough. The bathroom is dirty, and the tiles in the toilet seem to have accumulated years of dirt that won't come off.The food was delicious, but the tempura for dinner was cold even though it was served later. The miso soup for breakfast was served when I sat down, but it was lukewarm. The bath water was good, but it didn't seem like it was cleaned every hour, and the garbage in the washing area was still there from the previous day.Afterwards, I was surprised at how cold the changing room was.I was traveling with my grandson, so I was very dissatisfied with the tatami and toilet.I didn't feel comfortable in the room so I left immediately after breakfast.

Although the hotel is business class, I felt comfortable with the friendliness of the staff.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 elementary school student, and 1 infant) used it.We had a plan to choose the room on the day, but we were given a Japanese-style room that was large enough for 4 people. It's a long-established store that has been in business for over 50 years, so it felt old in many places, but it never felt dirty and we had a comfortable stay.Personally, I would have been happy if there was a sauna in the bath because I like saunas, but I was satisfied because there were 2-3 types of baths.

This is a traditional inn in Yamaga. The rooms have an old-fashioned feel, but they are clean, the food served is delicious, and the hot springs are nice.

I used it during Obon.Just under 40,000 yen for 2 adults, infant futon, and meals. It was expensive because it was Obon, but it can't be helped.I think the food was good for this price range. The children's lunch was also luxurious.I think the drinks at the restaurant were definitely cheaper than the market price.Unfortunately, there was a lot of hair in the room. I'm sure you're vacuuming, but how about using a quick wipe at the end?I think it makes a big difference!

The facility feels a little dated, but the customer service was polite and the hot springs were of good quality. I felt it was a convenient base for nearby sightseeing spots.

I stayed in a special room.Although the facility is old, it had some retrofitted equipment and supplies. The room itself was generally well-cleaned, but there were two pigeon feathers on the blow-out window in the dressing room, and one pigeon feather in the open-air bath. It can't be called sanitary. Since it's on the top floor, I think there might be some pigeons, but it's better if there aren't any. The bath in the room and the open-air bath were both hot springs. The smooth hot spring water keeps your skin smooth even after you get out of the bath. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and every time I opened the faucet, water instead of hot water came out. Even for a short period of time when you open and close the faucet when shampooing. There is no menu for the meal, and there is no explanation from the waiter. When I asked what kind of dobin mushi it was, I opened the lid of the customer's dobin and peered into it. It was obviously a conger conger and shrimp with mitsuba leaves in it, but I said nothing. I would have liked an explanation of the menu that is offered every day, every month, every season, and what is served. I feel like there wasn't a standard, memorable menu.WiFi is available in the room, but it's a little unstable.
