I used it during the three-day weekend in October.As others have said, to enter the hotel, enter the Sakuramachi Kumamoto building.Take the hotel elevator to the 14th floor where the reception is located, then change elevators.Get off to the floor where you will be staying...It feels a little troublesome.I had sent my luggage to the hotel in advance, but this is the first time that a cardboard box was handed to me at the front desk at check-in.Up until now, hotels have delivered it to the room in advance.The room is not large, but it is clean.It was a nice view overlooking Kumamoto Castle.The refrigerator in the room was not cold enough.It's probably a cooler, not a refrigerator.We also had breakfast, but there were a lot of customers during the holidays.Maybe it was because there were so many people, but the guidance to the seats and...We haven't kept up with the replenishment of food at all,There were often long lines for the coffee machine.I couldn't enjoy my meal in peace due to the frequent lines and the loud footsteps of the male staff.I heard that Kumamoto has terrible traffic jams.When I asked how long the return bus to the airport would be delayed, one person said,I knew that it would take 50 minutes according to the timetable, but I didn't know about the traffic jam.Another person said, ``If you watch it for an hour, you'll be fine.''However, it actually took 1 hour and 15 minutes.Of course, the exact time it takes to get stuck in a traffic jamIt's hard to tell, but touristsSince the hotel is likely to be the main customer, it would be a good idea to have such information available.Good location, good access to public transportation,For a still new hotelIt's not that expensiveThere are many good elements,I would like them to pay close attention to the quality of their service.

Kumamoto Castle Hall and a shopping mall are right outside the hotel, making it convenient.Although it is small, you can see Kumamoto Castle from the window of the room, and the interior is sophisticated and beautiful.The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, and was separated by a glass door to create a washing area, which I thought was an innovative design.I think it's a good value for money hotel considering its convenience and newness.

It's a very new and great hotel. It's located upstairs at Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. It's very convenient. It's also easy to go shopping or go to Kumamoto Castle. The room is very big. I like it very much.

[Good points]・Excellent access (Kumamoto Castle, airport, Kumamoto Station), direct connection to the bus terminal, and walking distance to the bar district and Kumamoto Castle.・The scenery is good. 14-story building overlooking Kumamoto Castle・The bath is spacious and there is a separate shower booth・Rooms are clean and have individual air conditioning[Unfortunate point]-Low variety of breakfast, not worth the price・Considering the price of 25,000 yen/person for one night and breakfast, it is too expensive.Overall it was great except for the cost performance.

The location is great and it's also great for getting around by tram.10 minutes walk to Seongdo? It's close to the street and the arcade is right in front, so it's a good place to go see and eat.It's nice that the shopping mall connected to the hotel has all the convenience facilities like Daiso, Starbucks, and McDonald's!However, from 9 p.m. onwards, there are bars soliciting customers and girls out on the shopping streets inside the arcade.

I flew from Taiwan to Kumamoto on 10/4. The typhoon from 10/1 to 10/3 was still heading north from southern Taiwan, which almost affected the itinerary. The hotel also I immediately gave a satisfactory reply and luckily the trip finally happened.The hotel is located on the second floor of the shopping mall. It seemed difficult to find according to netizen reviews. In fact, as long as you walk to the central passage of the shopping mall, you can enter the hotel's exclusive elevator. Or you can reach it from the elevators on the 1st and 2nd floors directly opposite the Passurt 24 Shinshima Park parking lot.The hotel room is very spacious (26.8 square meters) and very clean. The two 28-inch luggage compartments can be opened and put into the floor-to-ceiling wardrobe when going out. You will pass by the counter when entering and leaving the hotel. The front desk staff is always available and very friendly. The professional attitude is very good.The contents of breakfast are the same for four days. There are not many items, but the taste is good and exquisite. It is worth mentioning that horse meat curry is provided, and you can eat curry rice.It is recommended to park in the Passurt 24 Kashishima Park parking lot for 1,200 yen per day. There are many locations and it is just across the road from the hotel.

After booking a room at the hotel and receiving a booking confirmation 10 minutes later I received a mail saying the hotel is unfortunately fully booked and that they will refund my money. A waste of time that is not worthy of a hotel rated as high as this one.I booked a room at the hotel and received the reservation confirmation 10 minutes later, but then I received an email saying, "Unfortunately, the hotel is fully booked and we will refund your money." I visited you on my holiday. This is my third time using it. It's a great place when there's an event in the flower garden square in front of you. Also, as others have written, it's a perfect place to eat and drink in Kumamoto's downtown area (locals refer to it as "machi"), and if you're going to participate in an event at Kumamoto Castle Hall, it's a good place to go. It's right in front of the building, right after getting off the streetcar, and the bus terminal is inside the building, so I think it's a very convenient location for transportation. However, this may be a bit difficult if you are not used to going up to the top floor, checking in, and then going down to the guest room in a different elevator than the one that took you up, although this may be for security reasons. No. I've even seen people accidentally push the button down when they leave the room to go out. please note. The room was clean and I felt very comfortable. The breakfast venue had a beautiful view of Kumamoto Castle in front, and the food was delicious. The dish that impressed me personally was the tofu. It was rich (I'm not sure if I should describe it as such lol) and was delicious enough on its own. I think it would be extremely convenient to use it as a base when visiting downtown Kumamoto, touring Kumamoto Castle, or taking a bus for sightseeing in the countryside. If you are coming by car, the parking lot is a little difficult to find, so we recommend that you do some research before coming.Also, since the hotel is located in a building called Sakuramachi, I think it's attractive that you can do a lot of shopping even when it's raining. If you are thinking of sightseeing in Kumamoto, please consider this place.
