Having read the reviews, I am convinced that this is the case. The cutlery and other supplies were a bit dusty.There is Wi-Fi, but it wasn't very useful as the speed was slow.I'm glad that it was okay even though it was lively with family.

It is a location where you can see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can also fish in the sea right outside your window. Only one building allowed pets. We had a variety of pet supplies available, and this building had a small dog run, so we had a very comfortable stay. We always cook for ourselves when we travel, but this was the first time I went to a facility that didn't have a rice cooker, so I couldn't use the rice I had brought with me, and I didn't have any bowl-like plates, so I ended up cooking Toshikoshi soba and zoni on a curry plate. I used a plate like this instead (^_^;) The floor was smooth, so the dogs fell down several times, and the older dog's legs would spread out like skates just by standing up. (^_^;) I thought it would be nice to have a coat rack, rice cooker, bowl-like plate, and measuring cup on the first floor. I was happy to have at least two more dusters. Other than that, I had a very comfortable time (^ー^)

The location right in front of the ocean gave me a resort feel, and it was great that I could go fishing right away. The cost performance was good and the inside of the building was also very clean. I would definitely like to stay there again.Another person's review said that they couldn't watch Pop-in Aladdin, but it seemed like one of the light switches in that room was related to the output of Aladdin. It wasn't written in the manual, so I had to do a lot of trial and error.Also, the snack vending machines outside are all sold out and I would appreciate it if you could restock them.

We stayed for 2 nights with 4 adults and 2 children! 🏠It took about 50 minutes to get there from the nearest Matsubase IC, overlooking the sea, and even before I checked in, the sea was right in front of me, and the people staying at the same hotel were already fishing 🎣The sea is only a 10 second walk away, so the kids had fun going into the sea and fishing 🏊♂️There is also a hose outside, so I was able to take a shower and wash things, which was helpful.We had the basic things in our house, so we brought in the ingredients and had a Yakiniku dinner, and the neighbors were also having a BBQ🍖The first floor has a living room and kitchen with a large TV, so we brought our Switch and enjoyed playing Mario Kart together 📺On the second floor, there is a Western-style room with 4 beds and a Japanese-style room with a popIn Aladdin (projector). In the Japanese-style room, the kids enjoyed watching movies and their grandfather watching fishing videos.The wifi speed issues mentioned by others didn't bother me that much. There was also a spare extension cord on the TV stand, which I thought was a good idea.This is a highly rated accommodation overall. It's only been open for 2 years and has a great location with an ocean view right in front of you. Although it takes a long time to get there from the nearest high-speed IC, it is a very quiet place surrounded by nature. The only thing that was bad was the weather, but it couldn't be helped.Whether you are bringing children or not, this property is highly recommended.

It was my first time using it.A rental villa where you can check-in and check-out on a tablet and enjoy a comfortable stay?I really had a great time.It was a beautiful building that the kids loved, and a great location overlooking the ocean.There are buildings side by side, so there was a lot of noise around us, but it didn't bother me at all 💦We were careful not to make a lot of noise with our children, but...maybe? Was it okay? and.I wanted to repeat it immediately.

It's beautiful and comfortable. A washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, bath with automatic reheating function, tableware, pots, fluffy towels, and toothbrushes are all provided.The bed is clean and fluffy!The sea is right in front of you, but it's one step up so you can't get down, which is one minus.Also, the Wi-Fi is slow and alladin doesn't work at all, so minus 1. Just wait patiently and YouTube will work. If it doesn't work, I wouldn't have to expect much if it wasn't on (lol)

Perfect for a family trip by the sea. It's cheap and has everything. There are no seasonings, but there are other things.

The location of the power outlet was a little awkward, which was quite inconvenient.Also, the wifi was very slow both in the morning and at night, so even though I had a projector on, I couldn't see it properly, which was frustrating. Watching YouTube on my PC was like watching it while staying overnight.It's a shame because it's wearing a signboard called Rakuten. . .

I used it on a family tripI was able to stay in a very comfortable environment.The front of the facility is the sea, so I enjoyed fishing with the kids.The inside of the facility was very clean and beautiful.The only disappointing thing was that I couldn't use the pop-in Aladdin that I was looking forward to.Did I make a mistake in the operation? ?The children were very happy and we were able to take a lot of great photos.I still want to use it

Perfect for families, couples, friends, etc... mini trips! You can see the ocean right in front of you... You can fish 🐟... Have a barbecue while looking at the ocean... When the weather is nice, you can see the starry sky and it's amazing! 👍
