It's a place I want to go to again! It was very, very great. There's a hot spring next to the room! It's too nice! The food was delicious, my mom was kind, and we had a really special time! I will definitely go again! ️!! ️

Located on the north side of Mt. Aso, there is Minshuku Farmhouse Minshoku.Suga Sang is the owner here, and every house and wood here was built by the male owner himself. This farmhouse only receives one group of guests a day. The whole wooden house has three large rooms and should be able to accommodate more than ten people.From living in the city to living in the local area, the farm owners will teach you how to live your life.From dinner to breakfast, it is Suga-san's own handmade cooking. Pickled products from our own farm, using local seasonal wild vegetables, and inheriting traditional pickling methods, each dish is prepared with a taste that cannot be eaten in the city. Living with the seasons is also a life that cannot be experienced in the city.In addition to Suga-san's handmade cuisine, the view of Mt. Aso from the windows outside the house and the spacious hot spring bath on the first floor of the basement provide a B&B experience that relaxes the mind, body and soul.Meal time is also time for chatting with the host Suga-san.This place also often receives foreign tourists. If you come here, don’t hesitate to chat with the B&B hosts, they will be very happy!

Tonight we are staying at the farmhouse B&B Hakashi. The person who received us was a grandma Suga Sang. She is currently the only one who manages this B&B and only receives one group of guests a day.The old Japanese house with traces of time, the sound of running water, clean air, and vast pastoral scenery, just looking at the appearance is enough to heal you. Watching the sunset while sipping wine over dinner, what else in life is unsatisfactory?Every dish is seasoned to perfection, with the focus being on the fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables that grandma went to the fields to pick early in the morning. When I thought the meal was about to end, I was served freshly fried tempura and shiny rice, but it turned out that the main meal had just officially begun😂 It’s like going back to your grandma’s house when you were a kid, worrying that you won’t be full.The heating in the room was very warm and I fell asleep instantly after taking a shower.

A truly wonderful inn.This is a guesthouse run by a kind elderly father and mother.The tasteful wooden building was apparently built by the father himself. It seems that it is also a place where elementary school students go on school trips, so I thought it would be fun for elementary school students to stay in a place like this.Best of all, the rice was really good. As others have written, you can really eat so much that you can't finish it all. And everything is delicious. I was able to enjoy horse sashimi and seafood.This is an inn that will make you feel glad you came to Aso and want to come again.Only one group is allowed each day, and it seems to be fully booked, so we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

Charming location and amazing setting. We took lunch that was just superb, mostly because well prepared and arranged. The ingredients were from "around the house ". Recommend.
