My husband and I stayed here for one night the other day. When I went shopping at the store on the first floor, I thought I had paid for a 10,000 yen bill, but it seems that I ended up with two bills at the same time. When I tried to leave without noticing, the cashier noticed and returned the 10,000 yen. I was so impressed by this hotel that it had such wonderful staff that I posted this post. I would like to use it again.

The other day, my family of four stayed here with breakfast and dinner included. It was a Japanese-style room, but it was 12 tatami mats, so it was very spacious and clean, and I think the facilities such as the toilet were also good.I was very satisfied up to that point, but I thought that I had told them the ages of my two preschool children over the phone in advance and that the rooms and meals were arranged accordingly, but the amount of dinner for the children was... There are so many...Even adults can get their fill! ? I don't think anyone would be able to finish it unless they were at least in the upper grades of elementary school. In this era of food waste, people waste money, serve more than they can eat, and end up eating almost nothing. Haven't you ever thought about serving children and the menu?Common sense is pretty weird. If you're serving customers on a regular basis, you'll know that there's no way a preschooler would have to wait that long, but it's just too inconsiderate. The adult kaiseki menu also takes an unnecessarily long time to come out, and although it looks luxurious, the taste and quality are not proportionate. The steak was tough and chewy and tasteless, and the horse sashimi had no flavor at all. What pisses me off the most is that another customer who came 30 minutes later was served his main dish, such as steak, earlier.Even though I finished my dish quickly and had been waiting for a long time with nothing to eat, the person in charge of serving the food just glanced at me and didn't seem to be in a hurry to serve it.It was a hell of a time, with all that wasted over a long period of time.I was so disappointed that I went to eat breakfast the next day at a different venue, but the buffet style was far less stressful and the food was delicious enough, so if I have the chance to go next time, I will... I think I'll go for a plan that only includes room and breakfast.I'd like to add something I forgot to mention, but the rooms are well maintained and the futons are satisfactory, but as others have said, the pillows are extremely expensive. If you sleep normally, your neck will definitely hurt. I would like to have a system where I can choose, or at least one with a recess in the center.
