I stayed here for the first time in a while.Check-in has been changed to a machine (self-service).Without knowing it, I went to the front desk and was told, ``It's a machine.'' And that was it.I made a mistake using the QR code and tried again several times...There were two or three staff members at the front desk, but they just stood there. After being treated with such a disgusted and troublesome face, I made a half-smiling face. It's still better if you hide it with a mask.I work in the hospitality industry, and this is quite the worst hotel experience. When I entered the room, the floor was damp and there was hair on the toilet paper in the bathtub.picture? scared. I saw it when I first checked the location, so I pulled it.The next morning, I went to breakfast before 7am, thinking it would be crowded. Before, we had a local gourmet breakfast, but it was a buffet. You can take it to your room...but... rice, tamagoyaki, meatballs, mapo tofu. . Only 1/3 of the container will be filled. Moreover, I couldn't find the tea lid or soup container I had brought home, so I took the container back to my room, which was only 1/3 full. Eyeball? Croissant (must be in the photo)? There isn't.there is nothing. There isn't.Overall, not everything.

Affordable business hotel near to shinkansen station. Washing laundry machine available. Breakfast is free and decent. Rooms clean and hotel staff speak some level of English. There's a cheap parking lot behind the hotel, plenty of spaces.

[Front staff]The worst word. I dare not write the name."Around 7pm on October 3rd, a female staff member was at the counter closest to the check-in machine."When I spoke to him at the front desk, he made a disgusted face."Check-in is at the check-in machine."And one point.Well, first of all, let's listen to the story once. I'm calling out to you because I know this is something that the check-in machine can't handle. In the end, even though the matter could only be dealt with at the front desk, there was no one to say, "I'm sorry."The feeling of being troublesome is seeping out from my body.I think it would be a good idea to learn customer service from the staff at Shinshigai. Also, the breakfast bread was dry and tasteless. There's no margarine either. There are no cold drinks either. How about comparing the breakfast with the new city?Good location. Good access from the station.Parking is also reasonably priced.
