Day camp will be held here in early summer. This was my first stay at the hotel.I pitched my tent and tarp on the auto site side, but since it was the second weekday in November, there were no other campers, so I was able to enjoy the experience in peace. The site is well maintained (fallen leaves, toilets, water areas).I think it's a good siteI would like to use it again

This is a place where you can have a barbecue. You can also play in the river, but be careful as the river flows quickly in front of you.If you go to the upstream side on the left, the water is deeper and the current is slower, making it easier to play. The water is also clean so please come and have fun. It's better to wear sandals as some parts are slippery.

We only used the hot springs. The source is as thick as Gero Onsen. It's nice to have moisturized skin. It's also a good idea to stop by while driving along the nameless pond or hydrangea road and take a bath.

I went on what is said to be the hottest day of the year, with a maximum temperature of 40 degrees, but it was cool and comfortable in the shade. After checking in, the campsite is a short drive away. The site was located in a tall cedar forest, so it remained in the shade all day long and was very cool. Since it's in a valley, the sun sets early. It was also the most comfortable camping experience with the least amount of bugs I've ever been to.It was a weekday right after summer vacation started, and there was only one other group with us, so we had two sites that were spacious. (I was told I could use it)The Itadori River is flowing in front of me, but the current is so fast that I can't swim. →The bottom of the bridge is surrounded by stones and the current is calm so you can swim! The nearby hot springs were also available for private use. [Please note that the hot spring is closed on Wednesdays]In terms of facilities, the Sugibayashi site only has toilets and a kitchen. The price is the same as a high-quality campground, so it may seem expensive, but I think these kind of forest and highland campgrounds are good in midsummer.
