I often come to Kumamoto for business, and after staying at various hotels, I have recently made this hotel my regular accommodation. It would be nice if there was a repeat customer discount. Check-out time at most hotels is 11am, so I would like you to do the same.

The double room is a bit small. The two 27-inch suitcases can only be opened half way to fit in the aisle. They cannot be walked when fully opened😅Overall it's clean and the toilet feels new!You can see Kumamoto Castle directly from the top floor. It is recommended to go up and take pictures.In terms of location, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Kumamoto Castle and is also very close to the shopping street. The location is great!There is a free drink machine in the lobby on the first floor. Milk tea and lemon black tea are great, but there is a time limit of 13-22 o'clock. It is a pity not to drink in the morning.The breakfast included with the accommodation is a set meal + a drink buffet, which I personally think is average~It's a pity that there is no parking lot attached when driving. You have to park nearby for a fee.The prices and routes of nearby parking lots are clearly marked on the official website.It’s more cost-effective to choose a parking lot with a daily limit!

1. The location is excellent. You can see Kumamoto Castle from the room, and there is also a viewing platform on the top floor.2. Welcome drinks are available from 1300-23003. Park in the parking lot provided by the hotel. パスート24 Express is 1,200 yen per day. You can park until 1,200 yen the next day.4. There are microwaves, washing machines, dryers and vending machines.5. There is a capsule coffee machine and a Panasonic hair dryer in the room.

1. Service attitudeThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Even if they don't understand the language, they will smile and try their best to help. Their communication tone is soft and comfortable.2. The room space/environment is clean and tidyCompared with other hotels in Japan, I feel that the space is quite large. At least the corridor in the room can fully open a 29-inch suitcase and a half-open 29-inch suitcase. The bathroom is sufficient, although it is not separated from dry and wet areas, and is only separated by a shower curtain. Bathtub and toilet, but the shower water will not flow out of the bathtub and make it wet.3. OthersThe soundproofing of the room is quite good, and you won't hear the sound from the corridor outside. This alone is better than many hotels. The only small drawback is that the hair dryer is easy to trip.

We are from Taiwan, and this is the third time my wife and I have stayed here.We are very grateful to the hotel for allowing us to store our luggage before noon, and after checking in, the staff thoughtfully placed our luggage directly in our room.What surprised us even more was that the day of check-in was my wife’s birthday. We didn’t make a special note of it, but the hotel remembered, and there was a small surprise in the room!The hotel was as clean and comfortable as always. When we entered the hotel, the Wi-Fi automatically connected, which felt like the hotel was welcoming us back—it was very heartwarming!The hotel is right next to the Shimotori shopping street and very close to the Kumamoto City Tram, so we highly recommend staying here!We are a couple from Taiwan and this is our third time staying here.Thank you very much for letting us keep our luggage until noon before check-in, and for carrying it to our room after check-in.What was even more surprising was that the day we stayed was my wife's birthday. Even though I didn't specifically request it, the hotel remembered and there was a little surprise in the room!The hotel is clean and comfortable as always. When I entered the hotel, Wi-Fi was automatically connected, and it was as if they were saying, ``Welcome home,'' which made me feel very happy.The hotel is right next to the Shimotori shopping street and close to the Kumamoto City Tram station, so we highly recommend it!

Thank you for your help for 3 daysIt felt like a business hotel, not luxurious, but it was a comfortable hotel.The water surroundings such as the bathroom and toilet were new, so it felt good.The rooftop is also niceThere are a lot of people at night, but in the morning and evening I'm often the only one. I was able to sit on a chair and enjoy the view.Breakfast is not a buffet, but the amount is just right. For those who don't have enough, there is a curry and ochazuke corner. The curry is delicious. I ate curry every time.

The accommodation is wonderful. However, during the morning rush hour, large buses and cars are blocking the first lane of the road, and while I understand that they are trying to make money from inbound tourism, I think this is extremely poorly managed.This is the same as using roads for commercial purposes and should be stopped.Everything else is great.

I used it in July.The room I stayed in wasn't large, but it was well-designed and convenient, making it a comfortable stay.The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.There was a handmade guide to nearby restaurants near the elevator on the first floor, and I thought they were very attentive to the details.The view of Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop was also nice.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

As the name suggests, the scenery was amazing!I did not experience the meals as I was staying without meals.However, since the downtown arcade is right next door, there is no shortage of food.The interior was new and had a clean feel and was very beautiful.I'm begging for something I don't have, but I'd be even happier if there was a large public bath💯

Take the SUNQ PASS bus from Hakata Tenjin, get off at Kumamoto Domachisuji Station and walk for five minutes. There are many shops near the hotel, and you can see Kumamoto Castle opposite. The room is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is Japanese style. The all-you-can-eat set meal and rice curry are delicious. What I am most satisfied with is the bathtub. It is quite big and deep. The water quality here seems to be good? My skin was very tender after taking a shower, so I had a great stay this time.

I came to Kumamoto for seven days and stayed in five hotels!This is the hotel with the highest CP value in my opinion!Check-in can be done through dedicated service at the counter, or you can choose a self-service check-in machine. The hotel is of a sophisticated scale, with only 14 rooms on each floor. However, the service staff are very professional and friendly, and have a high level of English, so the conversation and communication are very smooth!The room is not very large, but the entry and exit after putting the suitcases is OK.You can see Kumamoto Castle by opening the curtains, which is great!Guests can go to the rooftop viewing terrace to enjoy Kumamoto Castle. The viewing angle is wide enough. With a telephoto lens, Kumamoto Castle Tenshou Pavilion can be clearly photographed. Day view & night view, each has different characteristics!The coffee in the hotel is provided free of charge. Not only can it be taken in the lobby, but UCC special capsule coffee is also served free of charge in the room. In addition, the hotel also thoughtfully provides a trial package of skin care products, which is always full of surprises.By the way~ Breakfast is a set meal, one for each person. If you are not full, you can also take your own beef curry rice. Okay, the room with a beautiful view of the castle. See the castle straight ahead The view is airy and pleasing to the eye. Other parts are up to standard and worth the price. The staff are smiling and helpful. There are many restaurants to choose from. The rooftop has a good view in the evening, sipping a beer and watching the sunset.
