Like other Super Hotels, the facility is new. It offers the communal bath as well as breakfast. It is located in front of the JR Kumamoto station and it was very convenient. I have a very pleasant stay.

It has good access from Kumamoto Station and is perfect for traveling and sightseeing!However, in the most prosperous downtown area, taxis are replaced by trains, so if you want to go drinking at night, that may be a better option.The hotel itself was good value for money, and the welcome drink when I checked in included local sake (shochu?).I felt very satisfied because there were many services for the price, such as hot springs, breakfast included, and welcome drinks!

This super hotel is located right next to the Shirakawa exit of Kumamoto Station. Although it is a long and narrow building, there are surprisingly many guest rooms.The rooms were clean and had everything you needed (including a charger). The natural hot spring is located on the second floor and is open until 9am.Breakfast was available on the first floor starting at 6:30. The staff are kind and have good customer service, but there is only one elevator, so if the timing is bad, it can take a long time to move.

I stayed here for several nights on a business trip.The room is for ladies!The bed and pillows are goodThe room was also larger than a normal room.The fact that it comes with a Refa shower head, hair dryer, and hair iron is also highly rated. I also liked that you entered the room with a password instead of a key.At the welcome drinkThere are many typesTake it to your room tooI had a very comfortable time!There is only one elevatorYou need to have plenty of time.

The hotel is located right in front of Kumamoto Station, so you can easily push your luggage and walk across the street to get there. The hotel room door uses a password to enter and exit, eliminating the need for keys or sensor room cards. The room is fully equipped and the space is sufficient. It will be a little crowded when three people sleep. The air conditioner is of good quality and the room is quite comfortable.The welcome drink space on the first floor is very warm, with tables, chairs and trash cans, as well as soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and ice supply machines, which can even be used to mix your own drinks. If you don’t want to spend money on lunch or dinner at a restaurant, you can buy take-out meals at the nearby Kumamoto Station (Ekiben) and eat on the first floor of the hotel. The bread for breakfast is quite delicious, but other dishes are average.There is a hot spring bath in the hotel. The space is small and barely usable. If you are tired from traveling, you can make good use of it.

I stayed at Super Hotel Kumamoto Ekimae Natural Hot Spring in front of Kumamoto Station!It is located in front of Kumamoto Station and has very good access.The downtown area is quite far away, so it may be inconvenient for dining.I have stayed at many super hotels, but this hot spring is really good! High heat retention effect!Breakfast is mainly freshly baked bread, with few side dishes (sweat)Among them, the horse meat curry was very delicious.If you don't get the horse meat early, you'll only get the roux (T_T)I had two different glasses, but the roux was the most delicious in the history of Super Hotel.

I used it for consecutive nights on a business trip.I used Lohas last time and the customer service was very good, so this time I chose Lohas because of its convenient location. But I don't think I'll ever stay again.I want to feel comfortable and relaxed every day, so I ask for cleaning if possible even when staying for consecutive nights.This time as well, I was told that if I put a magnet saying "Please clean by 10 a.m." on the door, they would do it for me, so I did that, but when I came back, it hadn't been cleaned and the magnet had been replaced with a spare towel. It was put together in the bag that I was in and was hanging on the doorknob.that? When I asked the staff, I was told by the cleaning staff that they didn't clean the room because the magnet wasn't attached at 10:30. They said.Maybe they thought it was a pain to have to ask them to clean the room even though they were staying there for a long time, but I felt like an idiot for following the hotel rules and leaving the hotel by 10 o'clock with a magnet attached...And I felt uneasy about being lied to so openly. Is it okay to do cleaning by cleaning staff who lie without hesitation? Is this cup really beautiful? I'm worried about many things.Neither the breakfast nor the large public bath were enough to make up for my one concern.Lohas was better in both. I also felt that the staff was more polite in their customer service. Especially breakfast is so different? That's what I think.From now on, I will choose Lohas even if it is a different hotel or the same super hotel.It would have been better if they had made it a rule from the beginning that the rooms would not be cleaned if they stayed for consecutive nights in order to be more eco-friendly.I think you can have a very comfortable stay if you don't mind the small details.The location is very good as it is right in front of Kumamoto Station.

This hotel is located directly across the street from the Shirakawa Exit on the east side of JR Kumamoto Station.When you think of a super hotel, the things that come to mind include free alcoholic beverage bars, natural hot springs, and clean facilities. This Kumamoto Station branch was also providing stable service. (Some stores only offer soft drinks such as green tea and coffee. Also, some stores may have artificial hot springs. Please refer to the official site for details.)First of all, in the case of the welcome bar provided from 6 PM to 9 PM, alcohol was also provided as explained earlier. I had plum wine and lemon sourdough.Also, in the case of the bathhouse on the second floor, it was an alkaline spring with a pH of 8.75. I was satisfied because it was operated as a hot spring rather than a regular tap water bath.In the case of breakfast, there are not many types, but you can think of it as being at the standard of a typical business hotel. I enjoyed the pork (shogayaki) served at breakfast.If you are planning to travel throughout Kyushu, there will be people staying in Kumamoto, the halfway point, and this is a hotel worth considering. Please keep this in mind when traveling.

Used for business trips.This is a super hotel that offers a good night's sleep, but the large public bath was very nice.I had a leisurely appointment in the morning, so I used the public bath in the late 7am, but it was reserved for private use, and the quality of the hot springs was good, so I was able to relax and enjoy the bath.I was looking forward to having horse meat curry for breakfast, but unfortunately it only had roux.If I stay there the next time I have a business trip to Kumamoto, I would like to eat there next time.

August 2023.Very close to the station and tram.It's convenient.When you go to the station, you can find whatever you want to buy.There is also a welcome bar. Another appealing feature is that you can buy snacks, pour alcohol into a glass, and drink it in your room.Breakfast was also delicious. The bread was delicious and I ended up having to refill it several times (lol)The staff is very friendly and will explain anything you don't understand.Every staff member at the hotel will quickly press the elevator button when a customer shows up. I felt the hospitality.It was so wonderful that I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Kumamoto.
