I thought it was a wonderful inn✨

I used it for family errands.I stayed in the ``Matsu no Ma'' room, and it was a wonderful room that was very spacious and had a fusion of modern and Japanese style. I think it's luxurious because it also has an open-air bath.Dinner was served in the room, and the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of drinks. The inside of the hotel was kept very clean and it was a very comfortable stay.Thank you for meeting me at the parking lot at check-in and carrying my luggage to my room (ㅅ´꒳` )thank you very much.Next time, I would like to stay at Kusamakura-no-ma and Soseki-no-ma.Since it is a building from the good old days, there will be some noise, but I think you will enjoy a relaxing time. The quality of the spring water was smooth and my family loved it.

I stayed one night at "Soseki no Ma" on a family trip. Being able to eat in a room adjacent to our room was very helpful for families with children. Also, the room had an open-air bath and sauna, so I was able to relax without having to move around. The customer service is very polite and the food is delicious and I am very satisfied. They are also very particular about their drinks, and every drink was delicious. I was also happy to receive the chopsticks I selected at check-in as a gift at check-out. I was impressed with the service, food, and room. I plan on repeating it. thank you for helping me.

This time, a group of four people stayed between the plum trees and the bamboo trees. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious: the Ise lobster is fresh and sweet, and the black wagyu beef slices are smooth👍Very good service 👍Because it is an old house with wooden floors, there are many long and straight stairs to climb. You can only walk up the stairs wearing socks. It is very slippery, so you need to be very careful when walking.

Since I had a 7-month-old baby with me, I stayed at Kusamakura Room, which had a gentle hot spring in the guest room and had meals in the room. Although the building is said to be old, it seems to have undergone extensive renovations, and the room was a stylish modern Japanese style, similar to what you would find in a high-end inn in Hakone (this is just my personal impression lol).Although there is a fee for infants (about 2000 yen without meals), they provided bouncers, baby chairs, bath chairs, and even body soap for infants, and I was very happy with the thoughtful attention to detail. The basics is a bed, but I was able to have a futon laid out so I was able to spend time with my child with peace of mind. The semi-open-air hot spring bath with room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. In addition, all the staff were very pleasant and it was a very satisfying stay. Also, every time I look at other reviews, I think that I am giving a low rating because they do not allow me to check in before the check-in time, or ask me to drop off a meal even though I have not paid for the meal, or because they do not respond to my request. What are the people like? If you ask for a service that is not included in the price and you don't get what you want, you might want to go crazy with word of mouth or say, ``Are you an outlaw?'' Everyone at the inn, please continue to do your best without giving up.

The best place for healing. Dinner was well prepared, and the natural hot spring water was slightly alkaline, so it was great for recovering from fatigue. I am satisfied with both the service and facilities and will definitely visit again.

I stayed in Kusamakura-no-ma. It was clean and the hot springs were nice, but I'm sensitive to noise, and whenever I tried to sleep, I kept hearing the crackling noises, so I couldn't sleep. Is it because the building is old? Even though it was midnight, I was worried about going home. In the end, I couldn't sleep. It was the middle of winter, so I was impressed because it was the first time I had warmed my shoes when I left.
