This location is quite close to the station and can be walked in 10 minutes, but the security of the accommodation needs to be strengthened. The rooms use ordinary locks. The lock inside is easy to be picked after entering. The door cannot be locked and there are mosquitoes in the house. There are many, the toilet is on the second floor and the first floor is not very convenient, the lighting in the room is dark, it is an old Japanese building...By the way~ On the first day I checked in, I wanted to lock the door on the first floor, but after locking it, the key could not be opened. As I was living on the first floor at 1:30 in the middle of the night, I was woken up by the sound at the door. A man living on the second floor came in. No... I finally opened the door after doing some work, and then unlocked it... People who want to live here can think about it, but if you have financial considerations, you can live here.

The self check-in/out could make it easy, but maybe a bit difficult for foreigners. The area is peaceful and the rooms are enough, simple but low price. In winter it's a bit cold because it's an old house, but the air conditionner works well.Good way to try old school rooms, with its charms and flaws.Nice place for a short stay to visit Okayama :)

Recommended if you like old houses. The structure is old, so I don't recommend it to people who like new construction. Let's remember the Showa era. Let's remember the poor room we had when we were single. I've never been poor, so I can't remember, but I can feel the good atmosphere. The atmosphere of the shopping district is also great!

The guest house is around 10 minutes walk from okayama station. I got a super big tatami room, but there is no TV. Comfortable enough. However, the house is not really clean... it can be improved so much. Also, if you stay there... inform the owner at least 1 hour before you arrived because he is not stay there. Because I believe you don’t want to arrived but then you found no one there :)Well... not bad if you want to stay in budget. So much better than stay in capsule hotel.

It was a 3 tatami single room. Even if you have luggage, it's about a 10 minute walk from Okayama Station. If you pass through the Hokan-dori Arcade, you will be fine even in the rain. It is run by a real estate agent, so there is no permanent staff and there is no meeting room, but on the other hand, I think it is perfect for those who want to relax on their own. It's a small thing, but the shampoo and body soap in the bath were of high quality (lol).

Although the staff was slow to respond, they were kind. Information such as usage instructions and Wi-Fi passwords was very difficult to understand, and the check-out method was also difficult to understand, so I …

A guest house managed by a nearby real estate. At first I was taken aback by its funky appearance. A graffitied house front in a quiet downtown area. From the outside, you can feel the reasonableness and free-spiritedness of this place. It is also about a 10 minute walk from JR Okayama Station. On the way, you can walk under the arcade of the retro Hokancho shopping street, so I think you can enjoy it in many ways (for foreigners, there is an international exchange center on the way). For the time being, it is an area that is convenient for eating and drinking.
