I've used it many times, but it's the worst when it's a bad day. There were about 4 families with a low level of civility right behind me, so it was quite noisy and it was hell.I won't be coming for a while.

Paid campsite and BBQ area.Day camp is 1,000 yen, overnight camp is 2,000 yen. Firewood costs 400 yen. Parking fee is free. There is a convenience store within 10 minutes by car.Camping and BBQ are prohibited on the right side of the park. You can camp and BBQ on the left side. There is a kitchen and shower room (only available during summer vacation).Animals other than guide dogs are prohibited from entering the park.Weekdays are quiet and there are only a few people in the park. There is plenty of shade from trees, so tarps are not necessary. On Saturdays and Sundays in the summer, it's crowded with families, and during the day in the fall and winter, it's a bit crowded with people having BBQs and taking walks.Good place overall.

It has the feel of a good old campsite along the river.Showers, toilets, kitchens, etc. are all available in several locations. The site is small (there are no clear divisions, but the soil is mounded), and we barely had time to pitch a 4-person tent. But I think the emphasis is more on playing in the water, so maybe it's not a big deal.I feel like the good parts of the old campground are coming out.I think kids would be really excited about the river waterslide.

You can enjoy day camping and overnight camping at low prices. Summer seems to be popular, but I personally recommend fall and winter when there are fewer people.

Visited in June 2024. The main attraction was the water slide and water play for the kids.I didn't make a reservation in advance and decided to rent it on the day at the day camp. The waterslide side was buried, but we were able to park relatively close to it.At the day camp, you will first pay 1000 yen in cash at the administration building.Coupled with the fact that it had rained the day before, the amount of water was perfect and I was able to ski without any difficulty. Depending on the time of year, the amount of water seems to be low, so I recommend optimizing after it rains the previous day.Basically, the installation of leisure seats and chairs is not allowed, but some groups were allowed to do so. I don't think announcements alone will be enough to raise awareness...

Sunagawa Park has a spacious campsite, and the facilities are complete and well maintained. The most interesting thing is the free water slide. There is enough water and it looks very slippery. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring a change of clothes for the children. I only took off my shoes and walked in the water. Walk.
