I used this as a spring trip with my family. It was raining, but the employee lent me an umbrella to help me carry my large luggage to the car.For dinner, I was able to enjoy the locally famous Nagi Beef shabu-shabu and steak in my room, which made me feel very relaxed. Also, the fire for making shabu-shabu went out in the middle of the meal, and before I knew it, the waiter had prepared more for the family, and there were other meals like steak that needed to be heated, but the time was changed. Thank you for taking care of me so that I could eat in a relaxed manner. When the food was brought to me, I was able to learn about recommended sightseeing spots and listen to stories, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing. Also, the free service of one beer or soft drink was nice.I was grateful for the system where I called the reception desk after my meal and had them pick up my plate, allowing me to eat slowly.Breakfast was served in a private room on the first floor, so I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. I was happy that they brought me refills of tea and rice in a bowl, and I was able to eat as much as I wanted. It was raining, so I wish I could have seen the garden when it was sunny again. I thought. The courtyard on the way to the public bath was beautiful. There was a changing room right after entering, so it might be a little scary if someone came in. It may be safer to have something like a screen to hide your eyes. The public bath was large, with one bath inside and one open-air bath. The temperature in the open-air bath is a relatively comfortable 38 degrees Celsius, and the temperature in the open-air bath is a little higher than that, so I was able to take a relaxing soak in both.Since I went there on Sunday and Monday, I hardly met any other guests inside the hotel, and the same employees were always there to help.It was a very comfortable inn.I would like to use it again when I go to Okayama.Thank you for your warm hospitality.

I stayed here the other day when I went on a trip to Yunogo Onsen town.I have severe allergies, so when I made the reservation, I was told that I cannot eat seafood or shrimp, so I would appreciate your consideration. Then, when we actually served dinner, instead of the usual sashimi, shrimp tempura, and seafood chawanmushi, we had them replace it with vegetable kakiage, mushroom chawanmushi, and clams. I was very grateful that they changed the rice to plum rice, and it was delicious. The next morning, the grilled salmon was replaced with saikyo miso grilled eggplant, so I ate it all deliciously without leaving any leftovers. The rooms are well-cleaned, very clean and spacious, and the space is spacious and relaxing. The staff at the inn greet you with wonderful smiles, and the baths have a natural feel, and the open-air baths are very comfortable. It was a good inn that made me want to go again. If you go to Yunogo Onsen, please try staying here.

It was my first time visiting. It's a little north of Yunogo Onsen town, but it's along the road and easy to find. The bath is not too hot, so it is suitable for people who take a leisurely bath! There was also an open-air bath outside, and the water was a little hot.It was a little dark at night, and the mountain side was pitch black, so it felt a little creepy. Both dinner and breakfast were served in a semi-private room, so we were able to enjoy our meals slowly. Both the rice and side dishes were delicious and seemed to have been carefully prepared. The ingredients of the hot springs were placed in a clear file next to the mirror, but I thought it would be better if they were displayed larger so that even the elderly could easily read them, and make sure to appeal to the public more!

We stayed during Golden Week, but probably because we couldn't use travel assistance, there were hardly any other people in our group, so we were able to relax and soak in the hot springs as it was always private. The customer service was great, and the food was delicious, and I ate everything in the morning and evening. The area around the inn was a forest with fresh greenery and the open-air bath was nice.
