The room was very clean and perfect.However, the hotel's parking lot was full, and when I asked the front desk if there was one nearby, they didn't tell me that there was a maximum parking lot for the day.The person at the front desk may be a part-time worker, but he is by far the most sloppy of all the accommodations, and lacks politeness.This is the first time I have had such a response.I checked out when I had free time, but some of the people were working on things and giving instructions to me, so I couldn't even look them in the eye.I wonder if it's in the customer service industry.Also, although the staff probably worked hard to serve us at full capacity, the number of breakfast items was small and the food we ate was uneven.Also, the buffet venue felt small considering the size of the hotel.It's a shame as the room and location were good.

Conveniently located in front of Fukui Station.The twin beds are spacious and can comfortably sleep up to 3 people. The bed was also comfortable. The outlets are concentrated on one side, which is inconvenient. I think it would be nice to have one next to the window. Next time I go, I'll bring an extension line. Breakfast included, which is nice. You don't have to look for a place to eat in the morning.

I had to move rooms due to my reservation, but the staff told me that I could keep my luggage.I used to use the service often in the past, but I had stopped visiting because I didn't do things like renew my membership card, but I was able to go back and look into the past and support me in creating a membership card. There were some reviews that said they often forget to take it, but they will explain it to you when you check in.The room is spacious among business hotels. The bath is also large enough for those who want to soak in the hot water.However, there is no outlet near the bedside. I had a long charging cord so I pulled it from under the table, but it would be inconvenient if I only had a short one.For breakfast, the staff is very helpful.They greeted me at the start of the meal, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably. Also, when picking up side dishes, we use two tongs to separate the lines, so the flow is smooth even when people are lining up. The contents are not luxurious, but it is enough for breakfast.It's been a while since I last visited Toyoko Inn, but I thought I'd use Toyoko Inn again when I go somewhere else.

Close to Fukui Station, it is very convenient for those using public transportation. After checking in using the equipment in front of the front desk, all amenities need to be procured on the 1st floor, but those who forget to procure them tend to come from their rooms to the 1st floor one after another to get them, so the elevators are often in use. Ta. The room itself is similar to other Toyoko Inns and has a sense of stability, but as mentioned earlier, you need to be careful not to forget about the amenities. Also, at the competing ⚪︎Pa Hotel, you can leave bottled water in the room for free, but this one does not, and on-demand video is also free at the ⚪︎Pa Hotel, but this one costs 500 yen. My impression is that although they are in the same business hotel category, they are quite different. The good thing about Toyoko Inn is ⚪︎The rooms are relatively spacious compared to hotels, and breakfast is included. Breakfast consisted of rice, bread, fried noodles, sausages, fried eggs, etc. After the Shinkansen line opened in Fukui, all hotels have aggressive pricing, but this one was a good deal at 10,000 yen even on the weekend. This is a recommended hotel.

Among all the Toyoko hotels I have stayed at, this one has the worst service attitude towards customers. This is the second time this has happened.
