My family and I stayed at Kikunoyu in Yubara. What was especially good was the hot springs! The open-air bath was surrounded by nature and had a nice breeze, making it very relaxing. I could see the stars clearly at night and had a special time. The hot water was perfect, my skin was smooth, and I didn't get tired even after a long bath. The room was clean and I had a good rest. The staff were polite and attentive, making me feel at home and at ease. The food was made using local ingredients, and the Japanese breakfast set was especially hearty and delicious.I would also like to come here when I want to feel refreshed.

It's an old building overall. There were no Japanese hotel employees, but the conversation was smooth and they were kind. thank you. There are three hot springs. Please note that the gender will change depending on the time! I really liked the hot springs. I think it's a little hot, but when you get out of the bath, it's warm and your skin is smooth! I'm happy. However, because it was old, the tiles in the bathroom were peeling, and the toilet in the bathroom was a little scary, and I was a little concerned about hygiene. However, I think it's okay because the price is cheap including that. (Not suitable for nervous people)

There is a mixed open-air bath just a short walk away.I took a chance and entered.I recommend this place. The percentage of single men is high.I would like the inside of the building to be cleaned a little more.Unless it's a busy season, it's not worth it unless it's less than 10,000 yen.

I used it on August 14, 2024 with 4 people, 2 adults and 2 elementary school students. The price was 48,000 yen for Rakuten Travel's standard plan with morning and evening meals. The room was well-maintained and had a clean impression.I had to bring my own futon, and while I was preparing it, I developed a slight eczema and cough, but I guess it can't be helped since the price is reasonable. The bath was hot, but the open-air bath had good ventilation even in summer.Dinner is the standard plan and is disappointing both in taste and quantity.I was looking forward to it because it said there would be a la carte menu. The single item menu is only french fries, fried chicken, and udon. The sashimi dinner next door was ready when we arrived and had been left at room temperature for about 2 hours, so our family talked about how glad we were that we didn't have to order it.Most of the staff were foreigners, but the conversation was smooth and the customer service was good. They were very helpful and responded to my questions with great enthusiasm.Pets were supposed to be on the designated floor, but a person with a dog was wandering around on another floor, which turned out to be a problem. That's the only thing I really wanted to stop. There is a place nearby where you can fish for rainbow trout, and the fish you catch will be grilled on the spot or taken home.

I visited with my family of 4 after playing at Hiruzen Park. I can't deny that it's old, but since I only used it for sleeping, I'm generally satisfied with the price. There were only two people using the rooftop open-air bath from 7pm, so I was able to relax.
