The worst hotel in history in terms of service.Hah😒 when I bring 5 guests, take 2 rooms, who wants to take the guests to the Jackson Hotel, the service is bad, the bathroom is outside. If you want to bring guests, take them to a good hotel that has breakfast, good service and check out at 12. YOUR PEOPLE ARE WRONG, that's how it is when the hotel gets lots of complaints so you forget who the guests are.

Bad service, not sure this hotel will last long if the service is bad but the boss is more supportive of the employeesCome on to Batam, there's not just 1 accommodation, instead City View Nagoya is a strategic location, you can get breakfast, friendly employees at the same price.

For those looking for accommodation, it's better not to come here, there are still plenty of other accommodations with much better service. But if you are reckless, go ahead because you will definitely regret it because I was very hurt when I was sleeping. The employees were noisy as if they wanted to kick me out because they wanted to sell the room again.It was still early in the morning and I wanted to leave even though I was still sleepy but because I didn't want to make a fuss I better check out and look for another hotel, my intention was to come down at 11 and say I wanted to stay for 1 night but that was enough.

Kapok. When I wanted to check in, on the 1st day I had paid via Agoda and the owner said the money had not been received by email.When I showed him the account mutation, a few minutes later it was said that the email had just come in😩😩Service is very unsatisfactory 😩

The first time I stayed here, the service from the workers was friendly. Now it's bad because "someone wants to stay in the room I'm staying in, I have to move. Even in luxury hotels, if the customer is staying in the room they're staying in, they want it to be extended, so I'm happy that they're being told to move rooms where the customer is bringing a lot of things and they're not being helped." Hopefully the future will be better and don't talk dirty to fellow workers in front of customers
