Honestly, it was so bad that I didn't even want to give it 1 star. Since I was planning to stay in the main building, I decided to use this parking lot since there was also a surface parking lot. Then, I said, ``This size won't fit, so I can't do it,'' but the two men working the night shift at the front desk forced me to say, ``This is the car, so I can go there,'' and they put me in a multi-storey parking lot, and as a result, the car got damaged. I did. It's fine because the hotel will fix it, but I felt bad because they said things in a sharp tone without even a single apology. It's over as a customer service job.When I was introduced to another parking lot, I was asked to leave my luggage, but it was placed on a chair at the front desk where no staff was present. I wonder what kind of education is being provided in this area, and the old building's poor response has often made me question whether I'm a good person or not. The people at the main building where I stayed were very accommodating. By the way, when I called, I was told that it seems that other cars are often damaged in multi-storey parking lots, so this kind of thing happens often! Please be careful when parking your car in a multi-storey parking lot. I don't want to use it again.

I like the bathroom on the 8th floor. I used it morning and evening. It's smaller than I thought, but not many people use it, so even I can use it alone.The breakfast is really neat and delicious. Be sure to add breakfast as it is served neatly, just like Japanese home-cooked food.There was Jintaco nearby, so I ate there two days in a row, and it was close to the shopping area, so I had a good late-night snack.In the city, they don't clean it every day, but here they clean it every day.Water is not provided separately, but you can use ice on the 8th floor.The staff is friendly.Next time I go to Matsuyama, I want to use it again.

It is quite far from the city center.There is no public transportation nearby, so it is inconvenient to move around. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Okaido Shopping Mall.There are two convenience stores nearby.The room is very narrow in a business hotel. It is quite inconvenient for two people.Breakfast is very ordinary and there are not many options.The large public bath is on the 8th floor and is very small. There are four showers, one inside and one outside.

・Motorcycle parking fee is 350 yen and you can park in the same place as employees.・There is a Wi-Fi and LAN cable environment, but both are at a level where you can't watch videos at night.- When a customer goes out on their way out, the front desk man stands there and watches TV without saying anything like, ``Welcome back,'' or ``Welcome home.''I think Matsuyama is a big city, but I was surprised that there is a hotel that provides this kind of service.

This is the usual accommodation for group guests staying at Dogo Onsen ♨ and when the crew members are evacuated to other facilities.Hotel Katsuyama Premier (main building) has been renovated, and a large public bath with a small open-air bath has been built on the 8th floor.You can take a bath there, but you will have to walk a little outside.Dinner and breakfast will also be served at Premier ☝️Dinner was a set menu.Breakfast was a buffet 🍴, so I had curry 🍛.I stayed at Hotel Katsuyama II, and there was an ashtray in the room, and the wallpaper was dark brown with tar.Wi-Fi was available and there was a small refrigerator.It's just a room for sleeping! ️I can't even say it's beautiful.
