It's been a few years since I visited you. Although the guest rooms are compact, you can enjoy a comfortable stay with a high-quality atmosphere and functional layout. In addition to the large public bath within the hotel, you can enjoy a variety of hot spring baths at Spa Terrace Suigetsu. The breakfast buffet is served at the in-house seasonal dining restaurant Aza. We had a wonderful breakfast in a semi-private room with a view of the ocean. If I had to be greedy, the area where the food was lined up was small, so I wish it was wider (^_^;)

This is my third time staying at an inn in the Hotel New Awaji group, and my first time staying at this Hanaki hotel. I use a different accommodation each time. I'm happy to be able to enjoy all the baths at the affiliated inns. All the staff are smiling and make you feel very comfortable, from the moment you arrive to see us off until you are out of sight. The dinner included in the autumn leaves sea bream plan was very luxurious, pleasing to the eye, delicious, and we were able to enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. I'm full.I also enjoyed watching the sunrise from my room.I actually made a reservation for my wedding anniversary two months ago, but unfortunately I had to cancel due to the typhoon, so I made a new reservation this time.Even though it wasn't our anniversary stay, they took our photo and sent it to us at checkout along with a message celebrating our anniversary.I was really impressed by the attention to detail. thank you very much.

I went with my wife and kids. Reserve a room with an open-air bath. The view was nice and I was able to take a bath in the morning.I also entered the hotel's public bath. The black bean tea near the public bath was delicious, so I bought some at the shop as well.I think the open-air bath in the guest room is a hot spring.I was satisfied with the amount of rice, but I wish it had a more elaborate taste.

Although I couldn't use the public bath, I was able to tour the hot springs at other facilities and it was fun.

My children are now grown and I traveled alone for the first time since I got married. Up until now, my family and I have stayed at Villa Rakuen, Riraku, and Hama Rikyu Takukai, and this time we stayed at Haruka in Hanaki for the first time. I thought it was a luxury to be alone in a room with an open-air bath, but I was able to spend a moment forgetting my daily busyness. In particular, we had dinner by the window with a view of the ocean, and as it coincided with the harvest moon, we were able to enjoy delicious food and drinks against the beautiful moon. I am satisfied with the courteous service provided by the staff until I left. The only disappointing thing was that the air conditioner in the room was making a rattling noise all the time, which some people found annoying. I hope it will be improved. This time I had decided to stay with the Hotel New Awaji Group, but Hanaki was the only place I could stay alone. In the future, we will have other nice rooms, so I would be happy if there were more rooms where you can stay alone during the off-season.We would like to thank the staff who escorted us to our room at the end, the foreign staff at meal time, and the front desk staff for their kindness. We are looking forward to the day when we can stay again.

The service is good and the food is delicious using local ingredients. Best of all, the hot springs were the best. It was also nice to be able to visit the hot springs. I will stay again.
