While touring around Shikoku, I visited here on the route from Kochi to Uwajima to see if there was any accommodation along the Shimanto River.Despite being in such a location, it was clean, the toilets flushed (I think it's rare to find a hostel with a flushing toilet deep in the mountains in this price range), and you could put your bike under the roof, so there was nothing to complain about.Please note the following points.・I aimed along the Shimanto River, but I couldn't see the view of the Shimanto River.・Since there's nothing around, I'll have to buy it in advance at the supermarket (I heard that the local supermarket is only open until 7pm, but the bento box was very simple and delicious)・There are no amenities, so bring your own shampoo and conditioner.・It is better to rent a futon・The problem is that there are a lot of ants・Be careful as the narrow path along the way is littered with large and sharp falling rocks.

This is my second time using it.I couldn't hide my surprise as I never thought I'd be able to forget my reservation.I'm kidding, this is the countryman quality.Please note that the equipment is really minimal.You can sleep soundly if you rent a futon.

We stayed at a very nice inn.It was cheap at 3,300 yen per night (plus 500 yen with a futon), each room had an air conditioner, a shower, and you could do laundry (100 yen for washing, 100 yen for drying), and the manager was very friendly.If you're drinking alcohol, I think it's better to buy chilled drinks here rather than bringing your own. (Not much different from the supermarket price)A glass of shochu on the rocks costs 500 yen.There is also a large freezer.If you forgot your shampoo, we will lend you a bath set for 200 yen.There are no ingredients, so you will need to buy them at a nearby supermarket (there is a supermarket Hiko Itowa store about 5 minutes from Riders Inn) and a butcher shop.There is a communal hearth where you can eat the food you bought (Charcoal fee: 500 yen) It was quite fun to drink with other riders!If I had to say something disappointing, it would be that there were bugs in the room when I first entered the room. Open the window and chase them out.The manager was extremely kind.I hope to see you again.

When I looked at the facilities, I had the impression that they were quite ordinary. I feel it's a shame that you can't see the scenery from your room, even though it's so close to the Shimanto River. There may be various architectural issues, but I feel like something could have been done even if the river was not visible.
