When we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us by saying "Aloha". Check-in was very crowded during the time when the shuttle bus from the Kanto area arrived. The standard room is a Japanese style room, so it didn't have a Hawaiian atmosphere. The second time I stayed, I was on a no-room plan, so my room didn't have a bath. My room was in the east building, so it was the farthest from the front desk. Also, the bathroom was in the central building, so it was far away and inconvenient. The restaurant had been renovated, so it was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. There were many types of dinner, and they were all delicious. As for drinks, there was a charge for soft drinks and alcohol other than tea and coffee. For breakfast, there were only about 5 types of main side dishes, so I was disappointed in the breakfast. The whole hotel felt old. If you want to enjoy the atmosphere of the room, the food, and the hot springs, we recommend Monolith Tower.

Used alone for overnight stay after watching a soccer match. Located right next to the expressway interchange.I had some time until check-in, so I went to the front desk to register, but there were about 5 or 6 people in line, but it took quite a while. There may have been only two employees. At the reception desk, guests will be provided with information about the facility, and their luggage will be stored in the cloakroom until check-in. Even after checking out, you can leave your luggage in the cloakroom and play at the pool. After watching the game, I checked in, and there was no one in line and I received my room key smoothly. At first it was like a maze and difficult to get to the room from there. It can't be helped because it's a big hotel. My reservation plan did not include dinner, but it included dinner. Well, I'm glad the price didn't change. When I arrived at the room, I found a single bed and a toilet without a bath. There is air conditioning, but it is not very effective. The facilities are generally old. It is unique to Hawaii that they offer aloha shirt-style loungewear.Dinner is buffet style. It had a bit of a Hawaiian feel to it and was delicious. The roast beef, which was cut into pieces by the cook, was good. There is a large bathhouse and a small bathhouse within the hotel, both of which are hot springs, but there is no sauna here.Breakfast is also buffet style. Is there anything worth mentioning? Something you would find at a typical hotel.Check out. I got this done early, but still had to wait in line for a while. I wish they had something like an automatic checkout system. All the employees were courteous.Although it was used alone this time, it is expected to be used by families or multiple people visiting Hawaiians, so I think it is necessary and sufficient.
