Used on weekends when traveling alone. There were good parts and disappointing parts.Let's start with the good parts.① I used a room with an indoor bath and an open-air bath, but since it is a member of the secret hot spring protection association and can be used by one person, there are very few inns with indoor and open-air baths, so it is a high point.② There should be grape ice made by Kagiya as a gift. You can also buy it and take it home. It's very delicious, but I think it's a good idea to make it as a snack.③Open-air bath facing the river. Taking a bath while listening to the sound of the river is very relaxing. The daily fatigue will be blown away. What was disappointingThe cleaning was not done properly. There is a horigotatsu in front of the TV, but even though it's not in use, I feel bad when I see trash on it...When I put my foot in to sit and watch TV, I find someone's used tissues and toothpicks...and the location... Since it's a location, I don't mind if there are insects, but I would like them to clean it properly. Also, I was disappointed because I had high hopes for the cave-like rock bath when the water wasn't springing up. It can't be helped since this is a natural opponent ^^;It's a shame because it would have been perfect if I could just clean it...

I stayed for three consecutive nights in September. It was an easy 1-hour ride from Tokyo to Shin-Shirakawa Station by Shinkansen, then on the Yutari Yacon train, and I didn't have to worry about traffic on the Tohoku Expressway. The open-air bath in the guest room is of sufficient size and the hot water is perfect. The room has all the necessary equipment. There are no problems with air conditioning or water. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the room, but cell phone reception was sufficient for both Docomo and Au. There is wifi in the lobby. The quality of the hot springs is the same as everyone else's, and I liked the mountain stream open-air bath the best. The artesian spring rock bath is a little hot. It was very convenient to be able to access the outside bath directly from the emergency exit next to the room. There are a lot of fallen leaves around the mountain stream open-air bath, and it may be that they intentionally left them as they are, but since they also fall into the bathtub, I felt that they could use a little more care. The meals on the first and second nights were completely different from the dinner and breakfast, and the dinner on the second night was especially delicious. The host's customer service was polite, and the guests staying at the hotel had good manners, so I was able to spend 2 nights and 3 days relaxing in the hot springs in great comfort. I would definitely like to visit again during the snowy season.

When I go to a rural area for travel or work, I always find a reason to stop by and stay at an inn that is a member of the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Association. This is an inn owned by the honorary chairman.A little over an hour from Tohoku Expressway Koriyama Minami IC.We will take a surprisingly well-maintained road through the mountains.I feel like there were some small local shops along the way,There are no supermarkets or convenience stores along the way. After the old-fashioned guidebook for Nigi Onsen came out, it was about 4km up the mountain road to reach the hot spring entrance. There is a long distance from the parking lot to the entrance of the inn, soIf you have a lot of luggage, we recommend that you go to the driveway.Book a lodging for one person the day before. As a result, I was able to enjoy almost every hot spring bath privately. The amount of food for both dinner and breakfast is appropriate. If you are a big eater, you may not be satisfied.Sunday lodging, quiet environment with only 4 groups.Enough to feel the feeling of a secret hot spring in the mountains. It's a hot spring source where you can feel the power of the hot springs from your core, which makes you sweat forever, so much so that you can even use the drinks in the refrigerator in your room. That said, I doubt I'll visit again.Inside the vast building and grounds, there are some areas that are not kept well-maintained.I feel like once is enough.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, and it was great, including the open-air rock bath outside. The proud artesian spring is a mixed bathing area during day-trip hours, and after 3:30 pm, men and women can alternate bathing.Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. Credit cards accepted (VISA, MASTER only)

3 hours by car from Sendai. The customer base is calm, with many couples in their 60s. A hot artesian spring is located where the riverbed used to be. The staff is friendly, the dinner is good, and the Fukushima local sake is delicious.

◆First visit in July 2020This is my impression as a day trip hot spring. This was the hot water I was aiming for while touring Fukushima.Although the price is 1,000 yen, the hot water is very satisfying. There are two baths, and the self-spouting ``Gunsei Rock Bath'' was super hot and packed with hot water. The spring quality is calcium sulfate spring. Of course it's all over the place. The other one has an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, and the indoor bath has a reduced amount of hot water so you can enjoy a long bath. It's an inn run by the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Association, so staying overnight will cost a certain amount of money, but if you're on a day trip, even a poor person like me can enjoy the wonderful hot springs ♨️

Taking a bath in the open-air bath while listening to the sound of the river is the best. It also has high heat retention and moisturizing properties, so it will last forever! The hospitality of the people at the inn is wonderful, and this is one of the inns I would like to stay at again.
