Congratulations on your 100th anniversary.I was very lucky to be able to visit you at this timing.I went there for work with two other staff members. The inside of the building has been renovated and is very clean, the service is attentive, and the amount and variety of food is excellent. The only disappointing thing wasDespite the vinyl gloves, 99.9% of the customers were bare handed.Although the coronavirus pandemic has passed, if gloves are available, I would like employees to make sure that customers use them. What is it prepared for?please・For those who want to drink delicious water, having a water container will save you from having to dig up water every time.

It was very good. I went to the hotel while sightseeing around the city, which was within walking distance from the station. There is a public bath called Sabakoyu nearby, so I asked how to get in and they lent me towels and bath towels. The open-air bath was a type of water that was cloudy due to iron. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style and very luxurious, with lots of dishes to try. By the way, there are a lot of fossils on the front counter, so if you're interested, you might want to take a look. There are also plenty of souvenirs available, and although there are not many souvenir shops in the hot spring town, there are only a few types of souvenirs (they sell a lot of radium eggs), so I recommend buying them here.

It's been a long time since I've had a day off, and my family of 4 came to stay here. (Used more than 10 times)I've been looking forward to the dinner buffet for months.I'm disappointed...I used it at 7:30pm, but it was almost all leftovers...(Eh, what is this...?) Even though it's a seasonal menu, there are still ajillo leftovers. The lamb chops were also finished...Eh, why?Obviously, the number of items has also decreased dramatically. Really sorry, the worstLooking at the reviews later, the quality and service have gotten worse year by year. Many items are out of stock. If you go late, there will be no food available. I'm disappointed that it says (quote). Viking was so good. (Before. When did that happen?)I won't come again. I'll go elsewhere.

I thought the buffet and bath set were reasonably priced and good. I think I can spend the day relaxing. The temperature of the hot springs was low, so even children were able to take a relaxing soak. However, the person at the reception desk was ugly and did not respond well. I was looking forward to it, but seeing it for the first time was extremely unpleasant and disappointing.
