I used it with a Hawaiians ticket. To be honest, Hawaiians was the worst hotel, but Palm Springs was the best hotel. The quality makes me wonder if they are really making a profit at this price. It looks like a typical business hotel from the outside, but the inside is truly amazing.Customer service, rooms, meals, baths, cleanliness, amenities, services, gardens...everything is high quality and satisfying.By eliminating the buffet style for meals, you can enjoy course meals that showcase the chef's skills to the fullest. Even if you choose one of the hamburgers on the children's menu, you can enjoy hand-kneaded hamburgers without having to compromise on frozen items. I feel sorry for leaving with a full stomach. The only thing was that the quality of the tuna (medium fatty tuna) was not good enough. Is it just selfish of people who live in prefectures with beaches to think that it would be better to have a three-piece plate of local fish here?

The location was good, close to everywhere. It's not a problem if you're staying without meals, but the air conditioning was a little weak.

I visited on a trip with friends. The bath was crowded at certain times of the day, so it was a bit busy with people waiting for the faucet to open, and there were people sitting on the edge of the bathtub, so it felt small overall. It may be a little small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel. The meal was a feast for the eyes as the table was luxuriously stocked with all the items. The meat in the Sendai beef tasting course was tender and delicious. Most of the tables in the restaurant were occupied, but we were able to enjoy the atmosphere due to the good distance between us and the crowd.

The cost performance is not bad compared to others.Fukushima Prefecture is a terrible area overall, so I hope they do their best!

The food and service were good. However, the walls of the room were thin. When I got a little excited, the front desk told me that it was too noisy, and I could hear the conversations and sounds from the next room.I was looking forward to a hotel on my special trip, but I wasn't able to stay the night I wanted.

We used a Japanese-style room. When you check in, you'll find yourself in a room where you can relax and find the futon lined up neatly. Cleanliness is good. Is the hotel itself a business hotel? The reception and appearance looked like this, but the customer service was good and we had a good time. The TV in the room was set up so I could watch Amapura and YouTube, so it was comfortable. Personally, I was also happy that the hair dryer had a strong air flow.I heard that the food was delicious, and as everyone said, I was very satisfied! I tasted the Sendai beef and the rice was very delicious. I had to ask for a second helping of rice several times, and I was happy that they were attentive and easy to order. I heard that they use Tsukiakari, so I thought I would try purchasing one for my home. Sendai beef has a soft texture! The children's meals were homemade, including gratin, and everyone had a delicious meal.I ordered Sendai beef because I wanted my kids to try it, but I thought it would be nice if there was an additional menu item. The quality of the hot spring water was good and the cypress bath was very pleasant.
