This is one of the top 3 accommodations I've stayed in at Toyoko Inn so far. Cleanliness, service, politeness, etc. The hotel staff was very attentive, and even hotels in the same group can be different.I've tried a lot of things, but the stores in eastern Japan generally have better or more polite service.

During the Japan Cycling Tour, we rode from Sendai to the Toyoko Inn Hotel at Fukushima Nishi Station. It was raining heavily and the lady at the counter enthusiastically helped us check in. We stayed here for four days. The room was very clean and maintained, and the breakfast seating area was small. If the guests are too crowded and there are not enough seats to dine, you can also pack your meal and go back to your room. It is very close to the station and shopping malls and is convenient for shopping. The famous bento of Fukushima Souvenirs Kan in the station area is delicious. We rode from the hotel to Fruit Avenue to pick it up. It’s about 18 kilometers away, and there are buses from the hotel to Iizaka Onsen and Jodotsubo.

It was used during the Obon period in 2024. It was nice because of the location and it felt calm. I think it's good that there are souvenir shops and supermarkets nearby.

Personally, I prefer this side because it's less developed than the east exit side (although there are minimal amenities such as convenience stores and restaurants), and it's quieter and I was able to sleep soundly.I thought the breakfast room was a bit small, but it looks like you can still eat in your room, so I hope they continue to do this.

The reception staff at the front desk were courteous and kind, and I felt at ease using the hotel.Since it's a Toyoko Inn, it has a stable sense of cleanliness and satisfaction. You can also bring breakfast to your room. And it was delicious. It's conveniently located near the station, and there's a convenience store right in front of it, making it even more convenient.

Good location right next to the station. It's a bit of a walk to get to the affiliated parking lot, but it doesn't feel that inconvenient. The room was also very clean. There is one disappointing point. The ladies at the breakfast venue were chatting all the time and were very noisy. The content of the story is clear to everyone. I think it's nice to see him talking with his elbows on the counter.Other than that, I think it's a great hotel!

During check-in and check-out, the tone of the female staff was scary. His facial expressions were strong, and the way he explained things didn't come across as soft. There was only a small amount of toilet paper and tissue paper left in the room, so I replaced them as soon as I entered the room. Also, I used the room with my son, and when my son removed the area under the bed, there was a humidifier in a plastic bag lying around. Did you forget to collect it when cleaning the guest room? I have used Toyoko Inn in various places, but I always felt disappointed.
