I stayed here for the first time in 5 years, having stayed there in 2019 before the coronavirus, but while the facilities were the same, the quality of the service and food had fallen to the ground.Regarding service, 70-80% of the staff are foreigners. Of course, it's not that their customer service is bad; they may just be trying their best. However, it would be acceptable if it were a support position in a Japanese hotel, but it is clearly a service provider. Customer service is not as good as it should be in terms of language and facial expressions, and this is something that is not pointed out by customers, so the poor quality cannot be corrected. This is not their fault; they may be victims too.As for cooking, there is a huge selection of frozen foods. Honestly, it may be inferior to the quality of Itoen or Yukai Resort. Oedo Onsen Monogatari is in a state of complete defeat. This location, this service, this food content. Since we have the advantage of facilities, the limit is 12,000 yen on weekdays and 15,000 yen on weekends and holidays. Even this feels expensive. The amount is barely kept at the level of the room, but...The majority of guests are inbound tourists. It's also Chinese, not Western. It is more difficult to find Japanese people. If you want to stay at a hotel like that, it might be an option, but at least it's not the kind of hotel that Japanese people would expect to stay at.Furthermore, we don't want inbound tourists who come from overseas to enjoy Japan to think that this is Japan. I want you to stay in a real Japanese hotel, and if you're an agent who would include a hotel like this in your itinerary, I'd recommend another agent. When I said to the Japanese staff earlier, ``The quality of the food has deteriorated considerably,'' he replied, ``I see. Well, I'm also a part-time worker.''This is the level of accommodation.(Added next morning)The breakfast the next morning did not disappoint in a bad way. For example, it's like taking a free breakfast at a business hotel and increasing the number of items without raising the level.First of all, it is not recommended for Japanese people. What do inbound tourists (especially Chinese) think of Japanese hotels? If you want to know more, it might be worth staying overnight, but the gap between reality and reality will leave you feeling frustrated.

The appearance and the room are beautiful. You can't see Lake Hibara from your room, only trees. The morning and evening buffet is quite normal. There are many kinds of shops, and it is fun to choose souvenirs.

Come and stay in the mountains for one night. The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, the hot spring pool is amazing, and the view of the open-air hot spring is beautiful.
