It is neither near nor far from Okayama Station. It's easy to find, it's right by the main street. You can walk it (around 10-15mins), or take the tram (take the Seikibashi Line / 清輝橋線 and get on/off at Yubinkyoku-Mae / 郵便局前). (Google Maps kept suggesting to use the Yanagawa / 柳川, but that's farther away). There's also a bus stop, and if you are heading back to Okayama station, it's actually the easiest way, since all the buses seem to be headed back to the station). We booked a twin room even though we were a couple, to give ourselves some room, and it was actually a good decision. It was spacious, relative to Japan business hotel sizes. It felt more like a family room (as in parents + 2 kids type of family). Each bed only had 1 pillow though, which I guess means it's really meant for 2 people. It would have been more comfortable if it had at least 2 pillows each. The room felt dated/old, but it was quite clean. The amenities were lacking: no free bottled water and no free instant tea/coffee. There is a convenience store nearby though, so not a big deal.

It's about a 15-minute walk from Okayama Station and the transportation is very convenient. It's just one stop away from Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden by streetcar and a short walk away. It's really convenient. The room is quite clean and the sound insulation is good. It only took four days to clean it. I like this kind of room. It is important to keep it clean. The attitude of the counter staff is also good. The elevator will open automatically when it reaches the second floor. Everyone will say hello when they see it. It is not bad.

Affordable, very clean (possibly just renovated as of 2024) and good service. It is a budget hotel. Spacious enough to fit 2 x 81cm luggage. Clean is important that they are spot on with that. Housekeeping is every 3rd day but amenities like towels are provided daily.Location is not convenient, situating between castle and train station. However, it is walkable distance. Overall highly recommended.

It was a business trip, and the room was spacious and clean. The surroundings are quiet so you can relax and rest. The only disappointing thing was that the speed of the free internet (both wired and wireless) drops rapidly depending on the time of day.Everything else is satisfactory.

This time, I stayed with my partner. The room had a double bed and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. Personally, I was happy to have chicken wings, hot spring eggs, and curry for breakfast. The curry had a nostalgic feeling of eating it at my parents' home, and personally, it was very delicious.
