I previously made a reservation on a travel website. I found out later that I did not receive the reservation confirmation email because I had registered on the site with the email address I had previously used.I thought I couldn't make a reservation, so I booked a room at another hotel on a different site. Then, late after dinner, I received a call from Mr. Yamagataya. What time will you come? So, even if I explain the reason, if you don't receive an email, all you have to do is call and check! Please pay the full cancellation fee! That's what I was told. The site is a reservation tool and has nothing to do with our hotel! So I gave up and decided that it was my fault, and when I received the bill, I transferred the cancellation fee.I received a confirmation call from the inn I stayed at the day before. There was no contact from Yamagata-ya, which had fewer rooms than theirs, and even though I received a phone call late at night when I was under the influence of alcohol and couldn't drive, I couldn't even go out to eat breakfast.Even if I stayed at an inn like this, I didn't think I would have been able to receive warm customer service, as there was no trace of kindness in their calm, just-to-pay attitude.I don't think I'll go there again.P.S.I was told that I had contacted them several times, but definitely not.Even if it was his own fault, there is no doubt that his response was cold and indifferent.

Did you stay at the Fukushima location for the Seibu Police Department a long time ago? The special pork soup that Tetsuya Watari and his friends ate was commonly known as "Daimonjiru" and it contained garlic. It was the soup that helped me get through the bitterly cold Fukushima filming.

I could feel the care and hospitality of the food. I'm satisfied with the reviews. The hot water was very soft and relieved my fatigue.I usually take a bath three times, but this is the first time for my family to take a bath three times. They seemed to like it very much.

An inn that you'll want to stay at regularly.Recommended if you want to spend some relaxing time in a quiet space.Every time I come here, things have improved little by little, and I'm impressed that they are always looking to improve. The only thing that bothered me was that it was a little difficult to understand what the foreign staff were saying, so I wanted them to do their best.
