1 night stay on weekdays when traveling alone, B course ShamoAt first, I was thinking of staying at Itoen Hotels in Okukuji, but since I wasn't old enough to eat a lot of buffets, I decided I wanted to take it easy, so I decided to head to Fukujuso.Thank you for your kind response even though we arrived an hour early.The room was on the first floor, probably because the building is two stories high. They were using old air conditioning equipment, and I wondered if young people would know how to use it.The hot spring bath and cypress bath were very relaxing and enjoyable. There's no sauna.Although it was a weekday and there were only two guests including me, the lobby and changing rooms in the bathroom were properly air-conditioned, the lights were on, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were in good condition.The rice was delicious, including local ingredients and sashimi.It was also nice to be able to get a second helping of takikomi rice.

I had previously thought it was a health care facility for the elderly, but it turned out to be a fine hot spring inn. Moreover, I think it's better than the luxury hot spring inn at Fukuroda Falls. The price was also reasonable, about half the price of a luxury inn there.The Kuji River is right in front of us, but unfortunately we can't see the river because the building is two stories high. It's a shame because you can't see Okukujikan on the mountain. However, for some reason, that part of Viking feels lonely.

It's an unusual but nice accommodation. The man at the reception was very nice and explained the inside of the building. The kindness of the lady who prepares the meals is wonderful. I was satisfied with the taste and quantity. The ayu yaki was freshly grilled and the tempura was also freshly fried. The bath is also a hot spring. That's less than 10,000 per person. Considering the price, I think it's a good value.

I used it for climbing Mt. Namase, and it was a comfortable stay in an old, well-maintained inn. There was a lot of hot water, and the cypress bath felt old, but it was great because you could relax. 😅

There is a cypress bath in addition to the large bath, and the bottom of the bath is a little slimy, but it is a good bath.was5. All rooms are non-smoking and do not smell like cigarettes. Smoking is at the entrance or in the courtyard.・Minus points1. This is a relaxing inn.Dinner had so many dishes that I couldn't finish it all. The seasoning was strong, the ingredients were good, and the chef had great taste.Of course breakfast too.It would have been nice to have coffee after the meal.The bottom of the cypress bath was slippery.I felt like I was going to slip.This is a nice inn where you can spend a quiet time.

Located along National Route 118, right next to the Kuji River, this location is exactly what the name Riverside is called. The exterior looks a little plain, but the interior has a well-maintained courtyard and the food is delicious.

A luxurious inn that was a public innThe all-hinoki bath was on sale, but I didn't really understand that there was a separate one, so I ended up not taking a bath.The building was beautiful and the customer service was good, so I had a good rest. I want to go again.

Visited on a family trip.The exterior looks quite historical, but I'm glad I was able to spend a very comfortable time there.The cypress bath also had a nice scent, was quite spacious, and had a decent washing area, so I didn't feel stressed at all. The water is slightly hot, so the stay time is short.Recommended for these peopleEven if it's a little old, it's okay as long as it has quality and quantity of food and a large public bath. It's quite filling and they often ask if I want a refill. It can be said to be a paradise for athletic boys. Location: Along National Route 118, Kuji River is across the road.Inside the building: There is a courtyard in the middle of the building that also serves as a smoking area.Room: It can't be denied that it's old, but it's clean and has wifi.Bath: Relatively large, no open-air bath.Transportation: Parking lot in front of the entrance, a short walk to the station.I think it's cheap in this area if you just want to sleep without any particular scenery.

It is about 20 minutes from Hitachi-Daiko Station, along National Route 118, and next to Daigo Police Station.The building has a historical feel, but you have to climb a slow staircase to get to your room. The surrounding area is glass, so you can see the inside of the hotel from the second floor, and it feels different from any other ryokan I've stayed at. The bath was a hot spring, so it was very warm. The cleaning was thorough and we had a quiet and relaxing time.

Wi-fi is available only in the lobby.Senior citizen discount available.Drinks at the cafeteria aren't that expensive either. The waitstaff are also kind and pleasant.
