The equipment is old and there are no outlets on the headboard of the bed. Many of the people at the front desk are from overseas and don't seem to be familiar with Japanese, so it takes time to respond in a slightly unconventional manner.However, if you consider the price, I don't think you will be dissatisfied.

I had some complaints, such as the paint on the enclosure connecting the unit bath and room being peeled off and the board exposed, and when I went there in the summer, the air conditioner wasn't working at all, but the best part was how courteous the staff was.After all, it's nice to have beer in the vending machine. Alpha One is. There's also a convenience store nearby. Even better if you have a washer and dryer.

Good location near the station.I checked in early and was resting, but the room upstairs was noisy so I had to change rooms and move up four floors. Perhaps because of the extreme heat, the air conditioning isn't as effective as it is on the upper floors.It was very disappointing.The staff were kind and helpful.

I went to Iwaki on a trip with a friend.The building and rooms are quite old, but the prices are cheap so it's reasonable.The equipment is old but well maintained.The response from the front desk at check-in was wonderful.

I'm still staying there, but the room is a normal business hotel. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is satisfying, but the air conditioner is not very effective! There was no change even after setting the temperature, but I was able to spend my time normally.

Breakfast is quite good. There are ice machines, vending machines, and washing machines on each floor for your convenience. It would be a great business hotel if they could improve the long check-in time at the front desk.

It may depend on the room, but there is an analog clock built into the bedside table, and if you are bothered by the ticking of the second hand, you may have trouble sleeping. . . I want a way to stop the clock.

Earn 5 points per night when you book by phone or on the official website.With 100 points, you can get cash back on the day's accommodation expenses, which is great for office workers.Parking is available in the standing parking lot or in the adjacent surface parking lot.The floor space is shared with other hotels, so it fills up around 6pm.Multi-story parking lots have size restrictions, so I think it would be difficult to get one larger than Probox.

Air conditioning doesn't work. Because it is centrally controlled, it will not get cold even in strong winds of 15 degrees Celsius. I ended up completely naked, but I was still sweating a little.It's unpleasant.Because of that, I couldn't sleep well.

The location is good and easy to find.There is a convenience store in front of the hotel and the station is just a few minutes walk away.The best thing is that the parking lot right next door is free. The number of cars is perfect, but it seems to be full depending on the time. The room is also clean and I have nothing to say about it. It was relatively cheap, so I would use it again if I had the chance.

The response was terrible. I called to see if I could get a proof of residence in advance, but when I brought it in on the day, I was told that I couldn't do it because they didn't have anyone who could write the signature part. I made a reservation because I was given a certificate, but it's a scam.

This business hotel is located about 2 minutes walk from Iwaki Station. The area in front of Iwaki Station has seen a lot of changes over the past few years, but this hotel is quite an old one. Therefore, the facilities in the room are old. It pales in comparison to modern hotels with well-equipped facilities. On the other hand, for people who are looking for an old-fashioned, mediocre business hotel, it will give them a sense of security. Also, there seems to be a smoking room, which is rare these days (though I don't smoke, so I don't need one).I think it's a good thing that you can stay at a reasonable price even during busy seasons such as Golden Week.

I came to Iwaki again during Golden Week and stayed for one night.Hotel: Alpha One IwakiThe front desk staff was polite and gave a good impression.room:Standard feel for a single Western-style room.It wasn't particularly dirty either.The bed was soft and I slept well.Of particular note is the radio.There are about 4 broadcast stations with some noise, butIt sounds pretty clear.I listened to local radio.It's a little interesting.Internet: Probably no wireless LAN.It looks like they rent something like a simple access point at the front desk.There is a wired LAN with up and down speeds of about 100Mbps, so it's basically comfortable.It was comfortable to use my PC as a wireless LAN software AP and connect my smartphone.It's been a while since I used this feature...scenery:Looking down on Iwaki Station,I was in a position where I could clearly see the Limited Express Hitachi and Joban Line vehicles.In the evening and at night, the vehicle was lit up with interior lights, which was a nice touch.It was wonderful to see the station staff working at the station and on the cars in the evening and early morning.
