In this area, there is a dish called flat yaki.Originally, it was made by grilling sweet potatoes, potatoes, tofu, and onions with miso sauce on a flat stone on a riverbank. In order to recreate this at Heikesou, it seems that they went through trial and error starting from making the pot 🍲.It was delicious.

The room was very spacious and the food was delicious. Since I was traveling with my children during the winter, they took great care of me and I was able to spend a warm time there.

This is a guesthouse with a kind wife.Although it was Golden Week, there were no other customers, so I was able to use a large room. The accommodation fee was less than 8,000 yen including two meals. The stewed amago and bracken dip were delicious (*´˘`*)
