I stayed with my 3 siblings. I was happy that the landlady talked to me a lot. I felt very relaxed at this quiet, good old ryokan where I could forget the hectic pace of everyday life. All the dishes were delicious. thank you very much.

I was surprised at how old the building was, but how prestigious it was. The luxurious alcove is worth seeing!

A traveler's inn that blends into the quaint townscape of Tsuji, Ikawa Town. The guest room, which used to be the parlor of a chopped tobacco shop, is amazing! In my experience, there is no other place (inn) that can compare to the shelf in this room. We went downstairs and had our meals served at the restaurant. Dinner was a home-cooked meal with enough quantity and deliciousness. Breakfast was also healthy and we ate all of it without leaving any leftovers. The stairs in front of the room are quite narrow and steep, but I like it very much. When I returned from a walk around town the next morning, the landlady told me that if I was interested, she would show it to me in another room, and I was happy to see it.

Even though it is surrounded by private houses and there is a national highway nearby, the room is really quiet ✨

I used it on a sweetfish fishing trip on the Yoshino River. It's true that the building is old (apparently over 120 years old), but the food was delicious and I was able to sleep peacefully. The landlady told us about the history of the area and various other stories.

This is a valuable inn where you can enjoy the atmosphere of an old inn. My mother likes to talk and is very kind to me. If you stay in a room called a lord's room, you will feel very luxurious. Although there is no modern security in the rooms, this is an inn where you can feel like you were traveling in the past.
