Old decor but clean and much room. Enjoyed bathing in wide tub. Room service Food is not bad at all. Prices were under the level of all similar hotels around Kawagoe.

When I went there after hearing that it was new, I noticed that the cleaning was lax. Spider webs on the ceiling. I haven't even drained the water from the bath. Since it is a couples hotel, I would like to have two free water in the refrigerator. And worst of all, the air conditioner in the room didn't work. Even if I put it on, it disappears after a few minutes.The concept is pretty good, but I'm left wondering why they left the air conditioner in its old state.

The tablet broke the first time I used it, and the armrests of the sofa and the corners of the shelves were full of dust. I think the interior and room interiors and amenities are good, but there was a problem with the cleanliness. P.S. Pillows and sheets smell like ammonia, and the lack of cleanliness in the room is fatal. You can't even order from the food menu.

I use it often.The rooms are very clean and have good amenities.The rice was also very delicious.The front desk staff was polite and very nice, but there was one thing I was dissatisfied with.I wish they could do something about the elevator only stopping at the 2nd floor reception on one side. It's difficult to understand and takes time. I think there are many people who have trouble with this.

There is a monitor on the 1st floor, and once you have decided on a room, a sheet of paper with the price plan etc. will appear. You can go directly to your room without going to the 2nd floor reception. When I left the room, I called the front desk and paid using the payment machine at the front desk.There was no staff at the front desk, so I was able to enter and exit the room without encountering anyone.Regarding the price, the first paper that came out stated that there would be a 5% service charge.The room was clean and had enough amenities and space. There was also water in the room. There were no problems with the equipment in the room I used.Regarding the location, it's about a 30 minute walk from Kawagoe Station, so if you're coming from the station, I think it's better to take a bus halfway.

I'm currently in the room. I felt like the owner had done his best to renovate it for everyone! I'm so impressed! I was grateful to be able to use the room, which was like new and still had the smell of new interiors✨.Erotic cute? Contrary to its appearance, it is practical in every aspect and can be used like a business hotel.Please make friends in a different bed than usual, on this stage that would never happen at home. (Black light and darts games available)We all use our rooms carefully and go to sleep feeling like we want to reciprocate the hotel's enthusiasm.

Before the renovation, it was cheap and had a water server, so I'm glad I kept coming back.After the renovation it's pretty weird.Even though it's a high-priced room, there's no water dispenser, and although the sofa has unnecessary decorations, it's hard like a cheap park bench, and the height makes it difficult to sit on.The worst impression I had was that the price I saw when I entered was different from the price I was charged when I left.Even though I didn't order anything, they added a service charge, similar to what you would pay at an izakaya.If there is such a thing, the price including it should be displayed from the beginning.Since I was on my way home, I didn't want to get into trouble in front of the girls, so I paid and went home.This is the first time I've ever been charged an unsolicited service charge at a love hotel.

The inside of the bathtub was rough. Around the water surface line when the hot water is filled. Even though it's a new, smooth bathtub. When I wiped it with a towel, there was a lot of dirt that looked like dirt from the previous customer.Once you see something like that, you start to wonder about other things. When I looked at the bottom of the bathtub, I saw a few strands of hair.If the facilities are old or somewhat broken, I don't think it can be helped by the cost-effectiveness of buying an old hotel.However, it's no good if you can't do the things you take for granted. Aren't you kidding your customers?
